"Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained."

"I'd heard about the new five-star hotel in Taining and was really impressed upon arrival!
The hotel is built into the mountainside, with the lobby and restaurant on the 7th floor. The guest rooms all overlook the lake, offering lake views that cascade down the hillside, somewhat reminiscent of the Shanghai Sheshan Wonderland Hotel – very unique.
The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a large bathtub in the bathroom – I loved it! The bathroom also features a separate shower and toilet. It was a wonderful vacation with my best friend.
The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. The air conditioning was pre-set for dinner, making it warm and cozy in the freezing Taining.
For lunch, we ordered a simple meal at the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and the mixed fruit and pork belly – a perfect combination. The staff and chef even came to check on our preferences, which was very thoughtful.
I forgot to take a picture of the afternoon's special 9.9 yuan coffee, but it was such a great deal! The coffee was authentic and incredibly fragrant, and it even came with a glutinous rice cake – such a high-value meal! I'm worried they might be losing money. 😘💪 In short, this trip to Bajian was totally worth it! 👍👍👍"

"Especially warm homestay, super large yard, come back at night to sit in the yard to eat some supper, blow the hair, the cat is lying next to it, especially warm, the whole decoration is very exquisite, the bathroom is Jiumu, and the toiletries are not cheap. "We need to stay in Taining for one night during the trip. We chose Chengdahao, which has good reviews. For comfort, we booked a suite. The room is really big. It is quite spacious for two people. The layout is simple and warm. 😌
One of the reasons why I have never been willing to stay in B&Bs is that the sound insulation of B&Bs is generally not good. But think about it. In a wooden house, people talking in the yard or outside the wall can be heard clearly in the room. During the festival, the sound of firecrackers and fireworks never stops. Fortunately, it is still quite quiet after midnight.
Breakfast includes porridge and steamed buns, and the fish with porridge is super delicious~~
The owner is a very friendly young couple. They live in a corner of the inn. When the sun is good, they will sit in the yard with the guests to bask in the sun and chat. Everyone is very happy. Overall, it is one of the most satisfactory B&Bs I have stayed in. The price-performance ratio is quite high. The inn is also a characteristic building, and it will be very photogenic.
If you drive here, you need to contact the boss in advance. The boss will guide you on the specific parking spot and pick you up at a set location. It feels great. In addition, the ancient town is well built and it is nice to walk around in it. Although it was not the peak season when we went there, there were still many people."

The room is exactly like the picture, what you see is what you get, the whole room is filled with spring water, and it is only about 200 meters away from the opposite side of Dajin Lake.
The boss is very enthusiastic and provides breakfast in the morning. If you want to eat here at noon or evening, it is highly recommended. It is delicious and affordable, and the price is reasonable.

XianshangdexiaomayiIt's quite close to the old town, only a five or six-minute walk. The landlady will contact guests by phone in advance to explain check-in details. The staff are very friendly and can promptly resolve any issues guests may have. The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, but they will help carry luggage to the room, which is spacious. Overall, it's quite clean. Parking is convenient, and although it's located in a residential area, getting around is still quite easy. I stayed for two days, and the rooms were fully booked every day, even during the off-season and weekdays, showing how popular it is. Their breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options. The only downside is that the toilet seat seems to be broken and difficult to lower.

This time, my friend set a parent-child room. 4 people lived in a very comfortable room. The beds were quite big. There were prepared hot tea, fruit, tea set, drying racks, charging cables, etc. in the room, which was very convenient. The staff of the whole hotel are very good, and the contact is more Manager Yuan. Thank you Manager Yuan! Manager Yuan is very good, responsive, answering all questions! Thanks also to the master Jiang who picked us up to the train station, very enthusiastic! I had a lunch and buffet breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very rich, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was great! We travel during the day, and we go to the gym to play table tennis, run at night, and have a blind box for supper to eat, praise! It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the surrounding scenic spots and counties, very satisfied! Next time I want to bring my parents to travel, I also live here!

M.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat hotel close to all tourist sites in the area, quite and tranquil view of the river. They had no problems registering foreigners. rooms are spacious and clean, loved the cartoon feature for children. breakfast is what you would expect so far from big cities, tasty but more Chinese than western. Over all a very good stay, recommended if resting in the area before continuing your trip. So many different things to do around here you probably need more than 1 night.

YizhikukudexiaojiejieI chose this hotel after reading the reviews. It has a good location and is very close to the pier. It is very pleasant to take a walk by Dajin Lake in the evening, watch the sunset and enjoy the breeze. The B&B is very hygienic and spotlessly clean. I feel reassured. We later upgraded to a suite with tatami mats, and our children were particularly satisfied. The boss is enthusiastic and down-to-earth. He thinks about what we want. It feels very warm when we go out with the whole family. I asked the boss to arrange a dinner. I had one organic fish, two fish, and tofu. It tasted very good and the price was reasonable. I will stay here again when I have the chance next time👍🏻

Guest UserOverall, it is OK, that is, the decoration is old-fashioned, and the modernization is not enough. It’s okay to travel and live, it should be considered one of the best hotels in Taining for comprehensive conditions and cost performance.
Facilities: There are everything in the room, there are sandals. The TV is a bit old and it seems that the screen cannot be cast. The network is a bit poor and the WiFi cannot be found directly the next day.
Hygienic: There is nothing wrong with it, it can be seen that all aspects are cleaned relatively clean, that is, the facilities themselves are relatively old.
Environment: The old money style of wine red, the old generation is estimated to like it, not very pleasant to young people. There will be a smell when entering the room, and it is okay to get used to it. When I took a shower in the bathroom, there was a smell of smoke (the feeling of being in the smell 😢)
Service: Buffet breakfast is so-so, several kinds of porridge, various small cake bread, a few hot dishes, braised chicken, watermelon cantaloupe small tomato. The front desk handles orders in a more traditional way, and the efficiency is acceptable. A very cozy homestay, clean and convenient. You can wash and dry clothes on the roof. There is a washing machine. It is very close to the ancient city. You can also visit the ancient city. It is a homestay run by an old couple. They are warm and hospitable. When I left, the old couple sent me to the door to say goodbye and told me how to take the bus. If I come to Taining again, I will stay at their home

Guest UserI like it so much. By the clear river, the wind and rain covered bridge crosses the river. The environment is quiet and convenient. It is not far from the ancient town of the scenic spot and Dajin Bridge.
The little girl is very thoughtful, contact us in advance, and provide location, pointing out parking and charging locations.
The room was clean and tidy. The utensils are very new.
The breakfast is small and beautiful, and the tableware is exquisite.
For our questions, the little sister is tireless, there are questions and answers, which makes people feel warm.
Next time a friend comes to Taining, I will recommend this store
