Although I can understand their desire for guests to keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests, this reminder gave me a very bad experience. During our stay, the boss came to remind us when we talked in the lobby or courtyard (I want to say that the chat time was around 9 a.m., when most of the guests had already gotten up and the voices were not very loud) , making us feel very uncomfortable. I think innkeepers should respect the needs and rights of their guests and not interfere too much with their personal space.
