"Here's the bottom line: If you're driving from Chengdu, it's worth a visit. Pros: The water park, despite being crowded, has plenty of fun activities that my kids loved. If you're staying at the hotel, you can go a bit later in the day to avoid the scorching sun. The deer interaction was great. Breakfast offered a good variety. Cons: Management definitely needs improvement. For instance, cars from the water park took up all the parking spots, both underground and above ground, leaving no reserved parking for hotel guests. This meant nowhere for us to park. For the complimentary go-kart tickets, only one go-kart had power, so even with just three kids, we had to wait in line. Our initial room's air conditioning wasn't working, but they quickly moved us to another room. Overall, the hotel's location and facilities are decent. While management could be better, the staff provided excellent service, and the hotel was affordably priced. It's a good option for a weekend trip to Suining – much better than staying home for two days."

"I don’t usually write comment to the hotel I stayed but this time I really want to share this to all the travellers who come to SuiNing in Sichuan Province, I strongly recommend all the travellers must stay at Ji Hotel. All the staff here are really helpful and always provide extra miles service that even 5 star hotel is not able to compete! This really amazed me! The hotel location is located at the area that really happening there it may caused some noise in morning due to traffics but this is not going to stop me to stay here in future if I return here. Big claps to the team at reception, housekeeping, the lady who assisted me to bring my laundry to 3rd floor and the staff at the restaurant! Everyone here deserved a best rating! Thank you everyone there who took care of me and my family!"

The breakfast is very good and there are many activities, such as making candied haws. Xiao Li at the front desk is also good at taking pictures, and took very nice pictures of our family of three. "The hardware facilities are really good, the room is large, but the service is almost meaningless. First, the parking sign in the basement hotel lobby is not very obvious. Second, there is a wedding banquet in the lobby when checking in. Although it is more than 8 pm, it is really super noisy. Third, I opened two rooms. One of the cabinets still had bags for the last or several guests. After the room service came to check, I said sorry and it was over. The last helpless thing was that the next room of the other room arranged a wedding room. It was noisy until it was faster at night. The next day, it started to be noisy at 5 am. Since there is a wedding, why does the hotel not arrange other guests on other floors? The service is really speechless. In short, the whole stay experience is very noisy."

The receptionist, Ms. Gu, provided excellent service – incredibly attentive, efficient, and always ready to help. The lobby was clean and stylishly decorated, and the hotel offered free parking. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the stadium was right across the street, making it a great place for exercise or a run. Overall, a fantastic stay, leaving a lasting impression. We found this place on Ctrip. Although it's tucked away in a small alley, it was surprisingly easy to locate. Parking was also very convenient. My husband was pleased with the pleasant surroundings and the comfortable accommodation. The hot water supply was good, and it's conveniently close to the charming old town. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

The new hotel boasts stylish and modern facilities, featuring smart home control via Baidu's AI assistant (automatic curtain closing, lighting adjustment, TV activation, etc.); the mattresses are perfectly firm, the bedding is clean, dry, and soft, and the pillows are of suitable height with two options available; heated toilet seats; a spacious shower area with separate wet and dry areas; and a large balcony. The lobby is clean and elegantly decorated. The breakfast is plentiful, with freshly cooked noodles being a highlight 👍. Treadmills and washer-dryers are available. Located next to the Qi River, it offers easy access to the riverside promenade and commercial and dining areas. Walking across the river to the old town is very convenient. The hotel staff provided excellent service—patient, attentive, and responsive—making for a very warm and welcoming stay!

For a little over 200 yuan, the accommodation experience was worth 400-500 yuan. I was quite satisfied in all aspects. Food delivery was provided by a robot, and disposable face towels and bath towels were provided. Snacks were given upon check-in. The location was quiet despite being in a busy area, and the soundproofing was good. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast selection was plentiful; the only pre-made items were shumai and steamed buns, while other dishes were freshly cooked, including rice noodles or noodles.

Thinking about going to many places in Suining, I chose this one next to the high-speed rail station. The front desk was particularly meticulous about my needs. The room for me was very quiet and comfortable, very suitable for deep sleep. The front desk lady actively helped me contact the traffic to Shehong and other places, which saved me a lot of energy. The unique overtime renewal solved the problem of waiting for the bus at the high-speed rail station too early. I didn't have to leave too early, and I could rest quietly in the room. Before leaving, I not only sent a local souvenir in Suining, but also asked about my travel experience. I think this is a very good service for a traveler like me who flies around the world, like 👍🏻

I had the pleasure of staying at the Kaili Hotel in Suining for two days, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Located on Binjiang North Road, the hotel enjoys a prime spot right along the beautiful Fujiang River. Waking up to that serene river view every morning was absolutely unforgettable. Location (5/5): The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the Jiulianzhou Ecological Wetland Park. It was a joy to take morning and evening strolls along the riverbank. Despite being central and easy to find, the area felt peaceful and removed from the noisy city traffic. It's also very close to the Chuanshan District Government, making it convenient for any business needs. Comfort & Cleanliness (5/5): My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was modern with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Service (5/5): The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. While my Mandarin is basic, they were patient and helpful, even assisting me with a SIM card eject tool.Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, leaving the room refreshed without being intrusive. Amenities (4.5/5): The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable – perfect for catching up on work. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese classics and some Western options, so there was something for everyone. The hotel also provides easy parking for those driving. Value for Money (5/5): For the quality of the room, the stunning location, and the level of service, I felt this was exceptional value. It’s rare to find such a tranquil spot with modern comforts at such a reasonable price. Final Verdict: If you are visiting Suining for business or leisure, do yourself a favor and book the Kaili Hotel. Whether you choose a river-facing room or not, the peaceful atmosphere on Binjiang North Road combined with the hotel's excellent standards makes it a true hidden gem. Not sure how to review this one because while we found the family room we booked unacceptable on arrival and were accommodated by a room change, the hotel was not willing to provide a credit for the downgrade. Trip.com made good on this though so we were ultimately satisfied. We were told by the hotel that the other room we also booked was upgraded which was true but that upgrade was marginal and not close to equivalent to the downgrade according to the prices shown here. Moral of the story is to inspect before checking in if checking in early enough as this may allow one to cancel and rebook on this app for a proper adjustment.

This hotel has a good location, right next to Yongyi Plaza. You can go to Yongyi after checking in. The hotel sheets are very clean, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the price is cheap and breakfast is included. I will patronize this hotel again when I receive customers in the future.
