AAnonymous UserWe found this place on Ctrip. Although it's tucked away in a small alley, it was surprisingly easy to locate. Parking was also very convenient. My husband was pleased with the pleasant surroundings and the comfortable accommodation. The hot water supply was good, and it's conveniently close to the charming old town. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

TTheo8436I had the pleasure of staying at the Kaili Hotel in Suining for two days, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Located on Binjiang North Road, the hotel enjoys a prime spot right along the beautiful Fujiang River. Waking up to that serene river view every morning was absolutely unforgettable.
Location (5/5):
The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the Jiulianzhou Ecological Wetland Park. It was a joy to take morning and evening strolls along the riverbank. Despite being central and easy to find, the area felt peaceful and removed from the noisy city traffic. It's also very close to the Chuanshan District Government, making it convenient for any business needs.
Comfort & Cleanliness (5/5):
My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was modern with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Service (5/5):
The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. While my Mandarin is basic, they were patient and helpful, even assisting me with a SIM card eject tool.Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, leaving the room refreshed without being intrusive.
Amenities (4.5/5):
The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable – perfect for catching up on work. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese classics and some Western options, so there was something for everyone. The hotel also provides easy parking for those driving.
Value for Money (5/5):
For the quality of the room, the stunning location, and the level of service, I felt this was exceptional value. It’s rare to find such a tranquil spot with modern comforts at such a reasonable price.
Final Verdict:
If you are visiting Suining for business or leisure, do yourself a favor and book the Kaili Hotel. Whether you choose a river-facing room or not, the peaceful atmosphere on Binjiang North Road combined with the hotel's excellent standards makes it a true hidden gem. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sichuan.

GGuest UserFor a little over 200 yuan, the accommodation experience was worth 400-500 yuan. I was quite satisfied in all aspects. Food delivery was provided by a robot, and disposable face towels and bath towels were provided. Snacks were given upon check-in. The location was quiet despite being in a busy area, and the soundproofing was good. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast selection was plentiful; the only pre-made items were shumai and steamed buns, while other dishes were freshly cooked, including rice noodles or noodles.

The only drawback was the cleanliness; the toilet seat was a bit dirty, and there was a used piece of paper in the toilet bowl. Since we arrived late, we didn't report this issue. Overall, it was still a very good experience.

The room facilities are complete, the lighting water temperature is suitable, the hygiene is particularly clean, the sheets and quilts are all new, and the whole is clean and tidy. The weather is hot and there is free self-service mineral water. This point is more humane.

**Check-in Experience & Service:** I checked in the night before the Dragon Boat Festival. The room facilities were complete, and there was a mini-fridge. My personal suggestion would be to place the hairdryer in a more visible spot or put up a sign. The drawer under the sink was a bit difficult to open; I couldn't open it the first time and thought there wasn't a hairdryer. I only found it when I accidentally pulled the drawer open while wiping the sink after my hair dried. 😂 The first room I was given had a noticeable smell of smoke. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped me switch rooms. However, the duvet in the second room smelled musty, as if it hadn't been dried properly. I contacted the front desk again, and the housekeeping auntie was also very kind and immediately changed the bedding. Around 11:50 PM, my child suddenly vomited milk on the bed. I immediately contacted the front desk, but it was too late, and the housekeeping auntie had already left work. The front desk guy promptly helped us switch rooms again and even helped us move our luggage. I'm really grateful. In summary, from the front desk to housekeeping, the service was excellent – responsive and with great attitudes. The view from the window was also very nice. On the second day, after breakfast, staff members in mascot costumes gave out small balloons to the children, and my child had a blast. It was a very effective interaction!
**Breakfast:** There was a wide variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were seasoned very well. The dining environment was also good. However, I'm not sure if it's because the space is too large, but the air conditioning didn't seem to be very effective, and it felt a bit stuffy.
**Hotel Activities (Mini Train, Deer Viewing, Play Areas):**
* **Mini Train:** If the room package doesn't include the mini train, paying 20 yuan per person isn't really necessary. It just goes around the hotel for a short loop, which you can easily walk after dinner. If your child really wants to ride, that's another story. 😂
* **Deer Viewing:** The mini train passes by the deer enclosure and stops for about 10 minutes for interaction. Perhaps because it was a holiday and there were many tourists, all the deer were penned up, which was very inconsistent with the promotion of ”Sichuan's Little Nara.” Feed costs 20 yuan per portion. We went twice, and the deer weren't very enthusiastic 😂, but they were all very gentle, and it was fine for my child to gently pet them.
* **Outdoor Slide:** This is relatively large and well-maintained, located within the ”Starry Sky Camp,” and quite safe. I was satisfied.
* **Children's Play Area (left side of the hotel lobby entrance):** Honestly, I don't know how to rate this. It has over a dozen small arcade games, and the play area itself, costing 58 yuan per person, looked quite run-down. There weren't many children playing when we went. If you really want to play, you're better off going to Wanda or MixC.

The hotel sheets are very clean, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the price is cheap and breakfast is included. I will patronize this hotel again when I receive customers in the future.
