The toilet, sink, and shower area in the bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, with no grime even in the corners and crevices. The floors were cleaned daily, and the balcony was well-ventilated and dry. "The hardware facilities are really good, and the room is big, but the service is not so good. First, the parking sign in the basement hotel lobby is not very obvious. Second, when checking in at the lobby, there was a wedding banquet during the holidays. Although it was already past 8 pm, it was really noisy. Third, we booked two rooms, and there were bags from the previous one or several guests in the cabinet of one of them. After the room service came to check, they just said sorry and left it alone. Finally, the most helpless thing was that the room next to the other room was arranged as a wedding room. The noise continued until a little after check-in, and it started again at 5 am the next day. Since there was a wedding, why didn't the hotel arrange other guests on other floors? The service was really speechless. In short, the whole check-in experience was very noisy."
