"This hotel offers excellent value for money. The owner is very welcoming, and the facilities are quite new. However, I had two unpleasant experiences. First, there was a loud knocking sound from upstairs after 9 PM. When I reported it to the owner, they said it was someone doing laundry, and the noise stopped shortly after. If laundry makes that much noise, I feel there might be an issue with the hotel's design. Additionally, my friend mentioned that the comforter in their room had a strange smell. It probably got damp after being washed and stored for too long, or wasn't dried properly. I suggest paying attention to this in the future."

"Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. It's easy to find and convenient for getting around. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, not hard at all. The bathroom had no unpleasant smells, and the hot water came on quickly. The front desk staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; I could occasionally hear noise from outside at night. The value for money is decent, perfectly fine for a regular stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area."

"We booked this hotel while on the high-speed train from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and it was excellent. The front desk staff who checked us in was so patient and attentive, and even upgraded us to a quieter room at the back. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a separate toilet and shower, and high ceilings that made it feel airy. It was also super convenient to buy drinks at the hotel, just scan and pay. If we ever come back, we'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🏨"

"Songpan Ancient City has been particularly hot in the past two years, especially this year's weather is hot, it is very suitable for summer, this stay experience exceeded expectations! The location of the homestay is very good. It is next to an antique wooden bridge on the main road of the ancient city. The bridge is called Gusong Bridge. It has a historical feeling. The carved dragon and painted phoenix are very beautiful. This bridge should be a cultural relics. The following is the gushing Lijiang River. It is very chic and elegant. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was warm and comfortable. I heard that the landlord was carefully built with Songpan characteristics and environmental protection materials. The bedding was soft and sleepy at night. The room was very soundproof and great. The public area is very atmospheric, new and clean, and the facilities are complete and easy to use. Especially the landlord is warm and thoughtful, responds promptly, and can quickly help solve problems. It’s too convenient to travel around and eat. The beef skewers downstairs are so delicious. There is an elevator and it’s not afraid to take a large suitcase. The overall price/performance ratio is too high. I will choose here next time I come. It is highly recommended! !"

"The hotel's location is great, just a 10-minute drive from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail Station. The hotel itself is large and very clean. What's really impressive is that the rooms are equipped with silent diffused oxygen supply, and there's floor heating at night with adjustable temperature. This made us feel right at home and warm, even at the high altitude of Huanglong. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always smiling. A special shout-out to Ms. Xiao Ma, who greeted us in the morning, asked if we had rested well, and if we were experiencing any altitude sickness – truly wonderful service. The security guard was also very helpful, even offering to carry our luggage. In short, every single employee was dedicated and thoughtful. Thumbs up! Thumbs up! Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

My stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second. The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all satisfactory, making it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations! It's exactly as pictured in the promotional materials.

Fantastic!!! I'm traveling alone and have stayed in several hotels recently, but this one is by far the best! I'm a very light sleeper, and their pillows and duvet were incredibly comfortable! It's not facing the street, so the mountain view is amazing and it's quite quiet. The pillows are memory foam, much better than the ones at the Hanting and Home Inn I stayed at previously – I was genuinely touched when I felt them... You can't order takeout in the Huanglong area, so I had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious! Super satisfied. The hotel's service was also excellent; they gave me rides from the station to the hotel and to the attractions, which I really appreciate. I also have the hotel to thank for getting me to the bus early in the morning. Thanks again!

Hotel room is big enough. Looks renovated and clean. Nobody at reception most of the time. Need to call the boss or message him using Wechat. Room is big enough, we'll decorated ******* style. Facilities are standard, heated bed, quite nice. Bathroom & toilet no glass separation so floor wet. Boss sent us to train station, less than 10 mins away. Chuanzhusi town itself quite lifeless, nothing much. Not much food choices nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for reaching the cable car. There are also several local restaurants within a short walking distance. I ordered dinner from the hotel, and the owner kindly brought it to my room. The food was delicious, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. Since the room did not have air conditioning, he also provided a fan when I asked. I enjoyed eating beside the large window while looking out at the stream, village, and mountains in the background. Even with some construction nearby, the atmosphere still felt peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The owner was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. He drove me to store my luggage and then dropped me off at the cable car. He also helped translate directions into Chinese for a taxi driver. Overall, this is a very good place to stay, especially because of the friendly service, spacious room, convenient location, and thoughtful owner. I would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend! We stayed here for a night after visiting Jiuzhaigou and before heading to Huanglong, and it was a perfect arrangement! Besides adjusting to the altitude, the room was super comfortable, and having a projector screen made for a relaxing evening. The bed and pillows were great, and the room was spotlessly clean! I also highly recommend having dinner here. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Two of us ordered two dishes and a fried rice, and we were incredibly full! The owner even prepared local tea (Di Hu Jiao) for us, which helps with altitude sickness, upset stomach, and indigestion. We all found it very tasty! The owners are incredibly friendly and gave us lots of great advice, helped plan our itinerary, arranged carpooling for us, and even assisted with our luggage. They were truly thoughtful! The owner even thoughtfully put some space between our room and rooms with children, worrying we might be disturbed, but it wasn't an issue at all! I really appreciate her consideration! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to every traveler!

This trip was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and the facilities were great. Most importantly, the owners were incredibly welcoming! They turned on the heating beforehand and even offered to pick me up and drop me off. I arrived late and hadn't had dinner, but the owners invited me to eat with them! When I left in the morning, the owner's wife was worried and even walked me home, staying with me in the cold to wait for my driver at the intersection. In short, it was excellent value for money and totally worth it. The owners were such a wonderful family!!!

Pretty good, very clean. The front desk staff were really nice. Breakfast was decent too, the steamed buns were delicious, but the milk and milk tea tasted like instant powder, which was just okay. From the room window, you could see the rapeseed flowers and the observation deck.

Top notch hospitality and care from the front desk staffs before we even checked into the hotel. Our luggages were taken from our cab into the hotel before check in. We were then welcomed with hot tea beverages to help relieve my mum’s high altitude sickness. Checking in was a breeze as the front desk anticipated our arrival. The hotel and room has a traditional chinese design which gives a vibe of staying in an ancient chinese town. The bed has warmers that help keeps warm. Water heater works well and basic amenities are adequate. We also received welcome gifts of traditional ******* tea leaves and fragrant incense which are local specialities of the area, from the hotel staff. They also helped to arrange a special soup hotpot dinner where the lovely restaurant staff came to the hotel to lead us to the restaurant. The meal was excellent and value for money. As my mum was not feeling so well due to altitude sickness, we asked if there’s any health massage in the city. The hotel staff helped us make reservation for a ******* health massage and even offered to drive us there! The massage was good and reasonably priced. The hotel is located inside the Songpan Ancient Town. The night lights in the town is perfect for photography. All the attractions in Songpan is within close vicinity. Bus station is also just nearby around 3 minutes drive away. Since we had to catch the high speed railway at Zhenjiangguan, the hotel staff even sent us to the shuttle bus station and get us settled there with our luggage etc. They advised us to get the shuttle bus as it is free to the railway station and also advice on the time to get ready. These kinds of hospitality makes one feel like they are at a relative’s home. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

Excellent and very clean! I'd recommend it. The owner even took us mushroom foraging, and we cooked and ate them right away. It's also super close to the high-speed rail station. The owner grilled us some BBQ, and the tomatoes were delicious too!
