1) The manholes at the entrance and bathroom did not have covers, and there were two big holes. After a complaint was made, two people said that the maintenance man in front forgot to cover the covers. There are many new people now, so they dug out two covers from the holes and covered them. But the two white lids were covered with black fingerprints and no one cared about it; 2) The air conditioner was not hot. I complained three times and came to repair it three times. In the end, the highest temperature was 19.9 degrees. I was too cold to take off my clothes. I was wrapped in a cotton coat. After being slept on all night, the temperature was only 18.5 degrees in the morning; 3) The customer service lady in charge of maintenance seemed not to have received training in polite language in the service industry, and her words were hurtful and made people feel uncomfortable; 4) The teacup was still there without being washed. There are tea stains; 5) Is the stone countertop in the bathroom damaged? 6) The towels feel very old; 7) One of the bedside table lamps is not plugged in and the bulb has burned out; 8) The socket of the table lamp has poor contact and goes out when moved; 9) The clothes hanging in the men's bathroom on the first floor The hook was broken; and there were four holes in each wall. The environment is very good, the restaurant is very convenient, very close to the ropeway station, the parking lot is large, and the service staff are also very good. Generally speaking, I don’t rate it. Even if it is not required by the five-star standard, this restaurant has a lot of flaws: 1. The hygiene of the bathroom is worrying, there are dead bugs on the floor of the shower pool (as shown in the picture), the floor is moldy and mottled, and the towels are dirty; 2. The service attitude is too bad. The front desk did not put a heater in the room. I was extremely impatient when I called to ask for help on a cold day. I was worried about high fever and asked for an oxygen bag. The attitude was also very bad. I felt like I owed them 💰; 3. Safety response issue. Originally I was not feeling well and stayed at a five-star hotel just to be safe. However, I was out of breath in the early morning and felt that there was something wrong with the oxygen bag. I did not answer the front desk phone or the hotel’s emergency call... It was just a decoration😅 The above is a serious mistake!

Ctrip marked it as a five-star hotel, but it was too old. It was renovated more than ten years ago. I thought that the previous Xinjiang Kuqa Hotel was also very old, but the actual stay was quite good, so I booked this hotel. When I checked in, I informed the hotel that the air conditioner was to be inspected. If I was afraid of the cold, I sent a small heater. This is not a big problem. The interior is decorated in an old-fashioned three-star hotel. This is not a big problem. But looking at this toilet, I laughed. Pay attention to the second picture. The bathroom heater lamp has such a nostalgic feel. I remember that it was only available 20 years ago. The hotel is actually very big. It can be seen that it was built to five-star standards back then, but judging from the interior of the room, it may not even be two-star by today's standards. Ctrip must also pay attention to evaluating hotels, otherwise just looking at the star rating will mislead members. The good thing about the hotel is that it is the closest hotel to the entrance of Huanglong Cableway. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is also quite cheap and delicious. And giving sightseeing tickets is equivalent to saving 20 yuan per person. In summary, guests who do not have high requirements for hotel facilities can stay here, the price/performance ratio is good, and the location is convenient, but it is definitely not a five-star hotel, only two or three stars. Suggestion: It’s time for the hotel owner to renovate. How old is your hotel and you still continue to operate it?

After taking the cableway up, there is still a long way to go to the scenic spots. If you don’t have a tour ticket, you can only walk by yourself. The tour ticket is limited to 5,000 per day, so if you want to take a tour bus, it is best to advance Buying tickets, thanks to the fact that we live in this hotel, we can ride for free with the tickets provided by the hotel. If there are old people and children, it is recommended to watch the highest Wucai Pond, and still take a tour bus and take the cableway down the mountain, so you can walk for a few minutes When we arrived at the hotel, my daughter and I walked down the mountain, but the exit was two kilometers away from the entrance of the ropeway, right? I can’t even get a taxi, and the free shuttle bus has already left work at 5:00 pm. The last two people walked back to the hotel. I was already tired from climbing the mountain, and I can imagine walking for more than two kilometers. 2. About tourist attractions: I personally feel that it is enough to see Wucai Pond. Walking all the way down the mountain, the scenery is similar, and the mountain road is also long. It feels like walking for two or three hours. Of course, this is just a personal feeling. 3. About oxygen cylinders: There is a store at the entrance of the cableway that sells oxygen cylinders, 30 yuan a bottle. My daughter bought a bottle for fear that I would have altitude sickness. As a result, it was a little bit uphill and I could carry it, so I didn’t inhale oxygen. At the top of the mountain There is a small shop next to the temple, and the same oxygen bottle is only 15 yuan. Besides, most people don’t need to inhale oxygen. Really, there are only one or two inhaling oxygen on the road, so I personally don’t need to use it. That's right, anyway, I didn't use the oxygen cylinder in the scenic spot at the end. 4. About eating: There is no food around the hotel. My daughter and I have two meals in the hotel. The price is a little bit more expensive, but it is normal. After all, there are no restaurants around. It is recommended to go to the scenic spot and bring your own dry food. Because there is really nothing to buy on the mountain. After going down the mountain, there are two small restaurants next to the tourist service center. I went to Huanglong from Jiuzhaigou. I thought I could buy food in Huanglong, but there is really nothing to eat here, so I especially recommend that you buy food in other places before going to Huanglong. The only regret of the whole itinerary is that when sleeping in the hotel, I have altitude sickness, dizziness and can't fall asleep. As long as I sit, I will be fine, but when I lie down, I will have altitude sickness, which is worse than on the mountain. Tired, but dizzy, can't sleep, and don't know what time to go to sleep last time, so I suggest that parents with old people and children, it's better to go back to Chuanjing Temple, and it's more convenient to go to Huanglong Airport. Finally, let’s talk about Huanglong Airport: It’s really small, but it’s not a problem. The most important thing is that the airport is on the top of the mountain. Whether you can fly or not depends on luck. Except for Sichuan Airlines, all other planes were grounded that night. We were lucky, just in time I bought Sichuan Airlines. Although the flight was delayed for several hours, at least I got home safely.

A very satisfying stay! And it’s really close to the ropeway entrance! I queued up to ride the ropeway and felt very cold. I went directly back to my accommodation to change clothes before coming back. The hotel also gave me a sightseeing ticket, which saved me a lot of walking. It was very convenient for bringing children.
