"A special thank you to the front desk staff of your hotel. I had booked a two-night stay, but my child developed a fever in the middle of the night on the first night. I tried calling the front desk to ask if they had a thermometer, and less than five minutes after hanging up, a thermometer was delivered to my room. When the front desk staff brought me the medicine I had ordered from takeout, they thoughtfully included a few extra bottles of water, which immediately calmed me down. Because my child was sick, we checked out the next day. Before checking out, the front desk proactively informed me that I could cancel the second night's stay, which was unexpected, as I had thought that bookings were non-refundable! The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony.
