The hygiene was excellent, and the service was very thoughtful. We arrived quite late, but they had already turned on the electric blanket for us and waited up. It was incredibly kind of them. The freshly made pancakes for breakfast were also delicious. It's really nice to just wander around the village; you don't even need to go to the paid attractions.

No eateries nearby as this place was up on a hill, menu available to order meals fr homestay, price is reasonable and quite delicious. We enjoyed our stay here, kids like it too as it was an unique experience to stay underground. Will recommend this place.

When I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day. Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

I must give this Hanting Hotel a thumbs up! 👍 I booked this hotel when I went back to my mother-in-law's house for Chinese New Year. When I checked in, it was crowded, mostly with people coming to the hotel to shower before the holiday. The staff patiently explained the precautions to everyone. There was a small hiccup, but the handsome receptionist was very patient and helped resolve it, even giving me a breakfast voucher – very thoughtful. Before I left, he gave me a ”Fu” character (福, meaning good fortune) and couplets, personally seeing me off at the door. The hotel's exterior is a Western-style building with beautiful Roman columns. The location is great, convenient for getting around, and there are local restaurants on the pedestrian street next door. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and the shower water pressure is excellent – ​​very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

When we arrived in Sanmenxia, ​​it was extremely hot. Fortunately, the air conditioning in the room worked well and it cooled down in a short while. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped us open the door and told us which restaurants had good food. The mattress in the room was very comfortable. I just didn't get to enjoy the special noodles and coffee because I was a little tired from the journey and went to bed early. I'll try them again when I have the chance.
