"Our stay was incredibly satisfying. First off, the location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to the Three Confucius Caves scenic area, where you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies. We opted for the family villa, which was perfect for traveling with seniors. There's a king room on the first floor and two twin beds on the second, ensuring everyone was very comfortable. The hygiene was impeccable, and they provided a wide range of amenities. Even small details, like having two alcohol wipes for the toilet, really impressed us and earned major bonus points. The breakfast was plentiful, and we also had lunch here, which was absolutely delicious."

"The hotel service was excellent, including shuttle transfers to and from the station, and a shuttle service to major attractions. Thumbs up! The room wasn't huge, and the facilities were a little dated. However, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they even proactively prepared bathtub liners for us when they saw us using them. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful garden. They also offered a Hanfu experience with a photoshoot, which was done right in the hotel garden. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, including Qufu intangible cultural heritage snacks. Breakfast started early, which was perfect for getting out to explore without delay. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"Traveling to Qufu with kids? Look no further! Our second stay at the Marriott was just as delightful as the first! I had an excellent experience when I first redeemed Marriott points for a stay on the 18th of last month, so I specifically booked another two nights this time. Honestly, this is absolutely the top choice for families visiting Qufu with children! The hotel's indoor swimming pool has clean water and is well-maintained, and my child had a fantastic time. The transportation to nearby attractions is also incredibly convenient, offering a great balance of activity and relaxation. What truly impressed me were the hotel's service details. During both of my consecutive stays, the cleaning staff, Hao Zhaojun and Chen Xia, were incredibly warm, observant, and attentive. They always noticed even the smallest needs of the guests. Additionally, the buffet is really impressive, incorporating so many authentic local specialties. The noodle dishes are comparable to those in Japan and Korea – not only are they exquisitely presented, but they also taste delicious! During our meal, Dansy Hu, the buffet manager, led by example, demonstrating high professionalism and a warm attitude that made us feel right at home. Both the facilities and the service are impeccable. Highly recommended!"

"This is hands down the best and most beautiful Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at, perfectly situated right next to the Confucius Temple. The hotel grounds boast a beautiful koi pond, a majestic Confucius statue, and a wishing platform. They thoughtfully provide fish food and wish tags, which is a lovely touch. We stayed in a courtyard suite, which was incredibly comfortable, especially with the bathtub. The quality of the room furnishings and overall decor was excellent. The front desk staff were truly exceptional. They were so thoughtful, even giving my child a lovely souvenir gift for their birthday, which absolutely made my child's day. Just a small heads-up: there are two Ji Hotels in the Three Confucius Sites scenic area with similar names, and we almost went to the wrong one. We'll definitely be coming back to *this* particular Ji Hotel (the Confucius Temple branch) next time – it really is the most beautiful one. Wishing them all the best and continued success!"

"Woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes and played for an hour. I got up for breakfast in the morning, because the card was ordered, there was nothing to eat, and the wedding was ready to start. It didn't matter if the guests were eating. The audition horn was deafening, and I was still smoking recklessly indoors. I was also drunk. The hotel is generally old, the location is in a residential area, the outside is messy, but the bed in the room is OK."

After scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one. The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door. The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light. I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing! When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message. On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here! Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

This hotel was a complete surprise! It's just a two-minute walk from the Confucius Temple, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. All the accommodations are charming two-story villas, each featuring a living room, study, two bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), and even a drying room – they truly have everything. The room design is a stunning blend of classical Chinese aesthetics, and it's incredibly clean. The breakfast for two was also incredibly comprehensive; my daughter and I aren't big eaters, so we didn't even get the buns, wontons, and noodles served, fearing waste. My daughter didn't want to leave because our stay was so comfortable. I also have to commend our butler. The museum guide and Three Confucius sites guide they recommended were both top-tier professionals in their field, and they explained everything wonderfully! They also helped arrange our visit to Nishan Sacred Land, which saved me both money and effort.

1. **Service Experience** I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Dai Shanshan. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout our stay. After we checked in, she proactively recommended itineraries, local eateries, and transportation options based on our plans. She was also incredibly responsive to all our questions. The hotel also provided complimentary fresh fruit, special Dragon Boat Festival gifts, and even thoughtful late-night snacks. The service far exceeded that of hotels in the same category, making for an excellent experience. 2. **Location** The hotel is located in the heart of Qufu, right next to Ginza Mall, offering easy access to dining and shopping. It's only 1.3 kilometers from the Three Confucius Sites, just a few minutes by taxi, making it very convenient for sightseeing. 3. **Hotel Environment** The overall decor follows a Confucian cultural theme, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the garden-style environment is serene and comfortable, ensuring a high quality of rest. 4. **Facilities** The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the guest rooms are fully equipped with thoughtful details, maximizing comfort. **Summary** Considering its prime location, excellent facilities, and warm service, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend choosing it for your visit to Qufu.

The bathroom was tiny, and the toilet looked quite old. The sink wasn't particularly clean either. Mobile reception in the room was poor, and the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak; it was okay for watching videos but not recommended for gaming. The room wasn't very spacious, with two beds and a narrow aisle. Parking was available right in front of the hotel with free spots. The hotel is very close to the Confucius Temple, just a two-minute walk. The only upside was the very friendly owners; they answered all our questions, and the elderly couple was very welcoming. It was alright for a two-night stay while taking the kids to school, especially considering the much lower price. Can't expect too much for what we paid, this is an honest review.

The hotel was great. Very comfortable and modern. It was warm and clean. The music that plays when you take a shower is really nice. We didn’t have a window in our room but it wasn’t a problem. The room had a good air filter and it didn’t smell musty or smoking at all. The location was good in that it was close to the Confucius Temple and our stay included free tickets to see the 3 Confucious sites.

We specially chose to stay in Chufu to pay our respects to the Great Confucius. It was a must-visit to see his temple, mansion house, and tomb. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the temple and mansion house. There are also plenty of super markets and cafes. Getting to the hotel was a breeze — a direct bus from the rail station took us there, and the fare was just a 1 yuan! The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant. If you’re planning a visit, this is definitely a spot worth considering for a deeper dive into Confucian culture!
