By chance, you might find a staff member suddenly appearing from a corner to guide you. **Environment:** The room size is quite generous, but the dark wood decor gives off a slightly eerie vibe. **Service:** The hotel staff were very good. On the day I checked in, probably because it was raining, the room rate was actually 200 RMB cheaper than what I had booked. The front desk immediately told me to re-book to get the lower price."

Best of all, it's super pet-friendly with no extra charges! I especially loved the room design; the large bathroom was perfect for leaving my cat there briefly when I went out, preventing any damage to the room's facilities."

"The room is very clean, the environment is very good, the air is fresh in the morning, and the hotel service is very good. You can see the statue of Confucius in the scenic area at the entrance of the hotel. You can also watch the fireworks and drone shows at night, so you don't have to go to the scenic area. 😁 There is also a round-trip bus directly to the scenic area, which is very convenient. It is very quiet at night, which is great for people like me who sleep lightly. There is a fruit plate every day, which I like very much. It was very late at night, but the hotel receptionist was really kind and took the initiative to help contact the parking space. The service was thoughtful and great. I will choose here next time."

"The hotel is newly renovated, the exterior is shabby, the surrounding environment is poor, the location is outside the ancient city, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the Three-hole Scenic Area, which is inconsistent with the publicity. The configuration in the room is average, seemingly not much different from other Lavande hotels, but in fact it is too different. The wallpaper is bulging, and the rooms facing the street are outside the main road. There is a lot of traffic during the day and the rumbling of vehicles at night. The windows have poor sound insulation. The most bizarre thing is that the kettle configured in the guest room is difficult to operate. It is not a normal kettle for home use. The front desk even asked the security guard to demonstrate how to use it in the room. The water can only reach a small coffee cup at a time, and the hot water may burn your hands."

Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et serviable, en plus l'hôtel est très bien situé et facilement accessible.
