"After dinner, I walked back to the hotel. My hair got wet from the rain, and my pant legs were soaked. My thermal leggings felt damp and a bit uncomfortable on my legs. I wanted to take a warm shower, but even after letting the water run for 10 minutes, it never got hot. Luckily, I was worried about catching a cold so I didn't actually wash my hair, but my legs and feet got wet and felt even colder. It seemed like I didn't get warm at all, but rather colder. Aside from the shower not working properly, everything else was good!"

The location is really impeccable, very close to the eight squares and 13 lanes, you can walk directly to the scenic spot, and it is very comfortable to go back to the hotel slowly after visiting the ancient alley at night. The surrounding restaurants are dense, and local specialties can be seen everywhere. You don't have to go far for three meals and supper. It is especially convenient to eat. Self-driving passengers focus on the parking lot, with plenty of parking spaces and worry-free parking. The room facilities are very intimate, the air conditioning is windy, the temperature is stable, the hotel is also equipped with a refrigerator, and the specialties and cold drinks you buy can be kept fresh. The hotel lobby is equipped with a rest area, with complete sofa seats, and you can sit and rest before and after check-in and waiting for your peers. "I loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”) The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions! One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else! On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi. I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!"

"This stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the upscale atmosphere. The exquisite decor and cleanliness created a pleasant atmosphere. Today's front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They always smiled and answered questions without a trace of impatience; they were incredibly approachable. The room was even more pleasantly surprised. It was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a wonderful sleep. It was fully equipped with every amenity and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very well maintained, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The breakfast was varied, with fresh ingredients, and was delicious. Parking and laundry facilities were also very convenient. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would stay here again! I highly recommend it to everyone."

"A new hotel with five-star standards, a grand lobby, large rooms, clean and comfortable. The floor is high and you can enjoy the city view. The room rate is less than 400 and includes breakfast, which is absolutely worth it. If there is a slight shortcoming, it is that the training level and service awareness of the service staff still need to be improved. Because I only gave one door card when I checked in, my family was still in the room when I went out for a run in the morning. After running, I asked the front desk for another card (you need to swipe the card to take the elevator). When I explained the situation to one of the waiters, she didn't even raise her eyes and kept looking at the computer. Although another waiter took over the matter and quickly made a card for me, she said when she gave me the card, ”You have to return two cards when you check out.” This makes people feel bad. Do you need to explain this specifically? Isn't it common sense to return several cards given? Is it because they are worried that I will embezzle a room card of the hotel when I check out? What's the use of asking for a room card of the hotel? In addition, the doorman standing at the gate stood next to me when I was loading my luggage, and turned a blind eye throughout the whole process, without any intention of helping. In general, this hotel in Linxia is highly recommended. The few minor comments mentioned above are not nitpicking, but I hope they can do better."

"The owner, a fan of Japanese manga, was not very talkative but kindly answered my questions via WeChat. It's a little far from the bus terminal and tourist attractions, but easily accessible by taxi or bicycle. Although it's in the city center, it's quiet at night and perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. During my stay, one of the two toilets/showers was out of order, which was inconvenient, and the drainage was a bit poor."

"Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room."

Otherwise, everything is great!"

Come out to play with parents and children, this is the most satisfying hotel on this trip, the price is very cost-effective, the room is very spacious, and the service is very good. My parents thought it was more than a thousand rooms. There were a lot of food around. The breakfast type could be richer. The flaws were not concealed. I was still very satisfied.

The environment is great, and the price is very reasonable. The Huazhu Club series hotels are reassuring in terms of environment and safety. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. I will continue to choose this hotel for future business trips and travels. I will choose the Huazhu Club series and Hanting again.

I recently stayed at this new hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. Its convenient location is a plus, with numerous shops and a beautiful park nearby. I particularly loved the room's design. I will definitely return if I visit Linxia again!

Very good value for money, very satisfied with the stay. A family room suite, the price is only about 300, and it is clean, quiet, and conducive to rest. The service is good, the front desk takes the initiative to provide us with umbrellas, and the cleaning takes the initiative to clean the room. Excellent hotel, clean and everything we could need, for a very affordable price. There is a water dispenser at the reception, free to use umbrellas, a hair dryer, a water kettle, and loose tea leaves. It is also ideally located, just in front of the bus station, and very close to the old quarter.
