"Pros: The room was quite spacious and the facilities were relatively new. It was my first time seeing a microwave and a fruit washing sink in a hotel room. They also provided a complimentary breakfast for our 12-year-old child (two adults and one child). Cons: The soundproofing was poor; we could hear people talking in the next room late at night. The breakfast selection was limited, which didn't align with Hilton's usual standards. The parking lot at the hotel entrance lacked dedicated management. After checking in and parking, I received a call saying I couldn't park there. When I went downstairs, I couldn't find the person who called, or even confirm if they were staff. Eventually, I parked in a small, haphazardly arranged lot in the hotel's backyard. The shower pressure was low, making for an uncomfortably average experience."

"I chose this all-season business trip in Linxia. The location is really convenient, just next to Yida Plaza (Baiyi Times Square), which everyone often said. Eating and shopping downstairs are very close, parking is also good. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the hot water was stable, and the service attitude was polite. The overall quiet is not noisy, the price is online, and this will be given priority next time in the summer."

"Choosing this hotel for my trip to Linxia was definitely the right decision. The location is excellent; it's just a few hundred meters from the Eight Squares and Thirteen Lanes, and only 800-900 meters from the central square. There are plenty of delicious and convenient restaurants nearby, making it super easy to get around and eat. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; the room was spotless from the moment I entered, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the natural light was great. The front desk service was superb; they answered all my questions and check-in was quick. They also offer useful amenities like free parking and self-service laundry. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Linxia!"

"The hotel is ideal as it is walking distance to the centre of the city and to many of the major sights of the city. The room was very spacious and clean and is one of only a couple of other hotels we stayed at in China where the cleaners made the bed. The room had all the facilities one would expect, although the internet connection was a bit weak. The breakfast was entirely adequate. The staff was at all times friendly and welcoming. Given the difficulty of making travel arrangements for a non-Chinese speaker, a hotel staff member actually accompanied us to the bus station to buy a ticket to Tianshui and insisted on paying the taxi fare."

"The shower head fell off and the whole thing couldn't be washed. I had to hold it with one hand and wash it with one hand. Didn't the cleaning staff check it? The towels are all gray and they don't feel clean anymore. I suggest you change them! Next door is the bus station and behind it is the car parking lot, so the environment is average. Breakfast cost 18 per person, but there was basically nothing to eat. I had a bowl of egg fried rice, my daughter had fried noodles, and there was basically nothing else to eat. In terms of service, the curly-haired guy at the front desk has a very good attitude. Highly commend him."

"The hotel boasts a relatively good location, not far from Ba Fang Shi San Xiang and the Central Square. The staff are also very attentive and responsive to requests. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team – I slept in until noon every day, and not once did I get a knock on the door, which, while seemingly minor, is something many hotels fail to do. Overall, the cleanliness and room size are quite good. The main drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated; there's no laundry room or delivery robot, which would be a nice addition. Also, it's worth noting that this isn't a standard Hanting Hotel; the toiletries and bathroom amenities are different from other standardized Hanting branches."

Their attitude was very good, which added points to the hotel! The breakfast was OK. There was a little mistake in the afternoon tea, but they delivered it to me quickly afterwards. The attitude was also very good. They also gave me an extra one. For Linxia, it is already a very good choice."
