GGuest UserThe front desk is fast and welcoming. The room is hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation is better than I expected, and the rest is quiet at night. Air conditioning hot water is stable, Wi‑ Fi speed is fast, and the office is not stuck. The breakfast category is online and the supply is timely. The overall experience is very good, I will choose this one next time I come to this city.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel. A great location with many city sights within walking distance. Temples, Mosques, and the famous, silk road era: ”8 squares and 13 lanes” neighborhood (The name of this historic area is sometimes rendered in English as 8 squares and 13 alleys, or even 8 lanes and 13 alleys. You might want to just call it ”Bafang”)
The front desk was completely helpful with answers to all of both my logical and my dumb questions!
One very important thing to note is this: Although Trip.com lists the hotel's name as ”Olman Hotel”, that name will not get you there via Didi or anything else!
On the building itself its name is ”Ouman”, and it seems to sometimes refer to itself as ”Home Inn”. ”Ouman Hotel” worked for me with Didi.
I recommend this hotel and a sincerely recommend this interesting city!

GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money! The rooms are bright, quiet, and conveniently located. It's surrounded by the Tea Horse Road and countless restaurants! I especially loved the breakfast; the steamed buns and beef noodles were homemade by the Hui Muslim staff. Absolutely delicious! 😋 The kitchen was impeccably clean, with a full range of condiments to choose from according to your preference. Superb! 👍

The sanitation is very clean, the room has no smell, the infrastructure is complete and easy to use, there is no damage and aging, the location is quite good, the travel is convenient, the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, the check-in is efficient, there is no invisible consumption, the price is directly full, and the daily accommodation is the first choice.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was very poor. I lost an umbrella. I called the hotel front desk at noon on the day of check-out and asked them to look for it and see if it was lost in the room. The front desk said they would check and get back to me, but they didn’t reply at noon the next day. Me, I asked the front desk again the next day, and the front desk still said she would check and get back to me, but the result was no news again. In fact, the umbrella is not valuable. If it was not left in the room, just give me a reply saying no, no news. What kind of service is this?

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, cleaned in a timely manner.
Service: Very enthusiastic❤️🔥 Arrived at the scene at 8 o'clock for breakfast, there were no plates left🛎️ There were few dishes left😅😅😅

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened. I participated in the marathon. I thought about choosing this hotel close to the starting point. The quality of the service staff is very high. Basically, I can be responsive. The places to eat around are also very convenient. You can get there within 10 minutes. It is less than 2 kilometers away from Bafang 13 Lanes, and you can walk around after dinner at night. A group of three people, parents are also very happy. Forgot to take photos
