"Bad reviews for 4/5. The lady in black uniform at the breakfast ticket check post at 9:30 in the morning was really disgusting. I'm not sure if it was her personal behavior or the hotel trained her like this. I have already complained.

"We stayed in the Senbo Room with friends and brought our kids along. We didn't go anywhere else, as just playing at the hotel was enough, with the water park and Fantasy Island. The kids love playing in the water, so we chose the water park. The water quality was decent, looking quite clear.
If you're going to the water park, be sure to bring your own slippers! I missed this important piece of information because I didn't add the butler's WeChat in time. The water park shop sells slippers, but they're a bit pricey, so bringing your own is more economical.
For meals, we primarily ate at Yanlai Xuan. The prices were reasonable; they had both expensive and affordable dishes. We ate there for several consecutive meals. There weren't many takeout options available. We had planned to have the buffet dinner, but it probably wasn't open due to low occupancy.
The hotel provided a complimentary Qiyi photo shoot, which helped us capture some wonderful photo memories. There are many scenic spots at the hotel, perfect for taking pictures, which was great.
After adding the butler 'Paofeng' (Puff)'s WeChat, I found it to be much more convenient. She thoughtfully provided reminders about the water park's operating hours and breakfast times, and we could directly ask the butler if we had any questions. Every time I was about to ask her something, I'd find she had already sent a helpful reminder, haha, very thoughtful. Remember to add the butler's WeChat in advance!
Also, the hotel breakfast was excellent! They had pretty much everything I wanted, very rich, with mini zongzi (rice dumplings) and rice balls, plus a dedicated section for babies. There was plenty of seating and it was very spacious."

They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm.
The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt incredibly caring. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. The hotel's comprehensive and intelligent facilities completely exceeded my expectations! The bedding was comfortable and soft, the smart curtains and lighting control system were incredibly convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. Disadvantages:
The water in the bathtub was green on the first day. The staff said that it might be full and the water consumption was high, so they put more water in. Although I don’t know why, the water returned to normal on the second day.
Breakfast is only until 9 o’clock, and it costs 38 yuan for children over 1.2 meters tall. The order of holiday breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the categories are not complete. The Qiyuan pancake next to it on the second day is more fragrant, but the breakfast coupon cannot be refunded, nor can it be deducted from the extra children’s breakfast on the first day.
There are no separate children’s products.
