"We usually love staying at Atour hotels, but this particular one was disappointing. The hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained. The elevator was quite concerning to use, and the room clearly needed more attention. The AC was dusty, there were dirty corners throughout the room, and we even found hair from previous guests in the shower. Management should pay closer attention to cleanliness and maintenance standards, as many basic issues seem to be overlooked. Another frustrating issue was the night reception team. I ordered food and pharmacy items, but nobody sent them up despite the delivery robot sitting unused at the charging station. After waiting for a long time, I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night only to find my deliveries had been sitting there the whole time. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from Atour."

"The overall experience at Kaiyuan Senbo Jiaxing was excellent. There were plenty of activities within the park, and our butler, Xiao Lan, was very responsive, proactively sending us activity guides. There were also some wonderful performances in the lobby. The resort was very accommodating to children, and even gave them small gifts upon departure. The kids were very happy!"

"Although there was construction nearby, it didn't disturb my rest at all. Very soundproof. The front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The service was excellent. Signed by Yu Hua (a famous Chinese writer). I stayed in a twin room; the room was spacious, had strong air conditioning, and was very clean. Breakfast was different every day; I especially want to mention the delicious wontons. Convenient transportation; it's very close to the Victory Restaurant on Beida Street by taxi, and to Guanhaiyuan Park to watch the sunrise. Qiyuan Garden and the Zhang Leping Memorial Hall are right outside the door, just a 2-3 minute walk. By the way, you can visit the Zhang Yuanji Library in the evening; it's free, quiet, and very comfortable. Overall, a perfect score!"

The hot water came out quickly and had stable temperature. The front desk service was also very friendly and resolved any issues promptly. Staying here for a business trip was truly hassle-free! 🌟"

"The service was very poor. There was only one toothbrush in the bathroom – what's the point? Are we supposed to share one? The conditioner was almost empty; we couldn't squeeze any out. There were only two pairs of disposable slippers in the room. Don't they have special shoes for showering? Are we supposed to shower barefoot? The bathroom floor was filthy; the hygiene was extremely poor. Even the sheets had black specks that could be easily wiped off. You could use a lint roller to remove the lint when you make the sheets; at least that would remove the dust and black specks. Didn't the staff notice when they cleaned? There were black specks on the toilet that we had to clean ourselves. The room's soundproofing was extremely poor; we could hear the child crying in the middle of the night, and in the morning, the child was running around outside the door, and people were talking loudly – we could hear them clearly. It's normal for hotels to be more expensive during holidays, but the service and hygiene were not worth it at all. I came here for a happy trip, but I encountered this hotel. This is my first negative review."

"it has been in business for a long time so most of the things aren’t the most upcoming, but it offers everything a traditional full service hotel offers, including the small items many newer hotels may skip. Location is super, especially the variety of restaurants. The room I stay has a great view of the bay and the bridge, which is lit in evening and the view is great. The elevator is outside of the wall and of full glass, it intends to offer riders full street view. The down side is facilities do look old and windows could use some cleaning."

"The room price is very cost-effective. I booked a standard room with a double bed and a lake view for one night. When I renewed my reservation, the same room was no longer available. I changed it to a twin room with a lake view. The only drawback was that the room I changed to the next day was a recessed room facing the lake. , blocking part of the beautiful lake view, but everything else is good, there is a filling breakfast, and the room is relatively clean."
