2. Friends who drive to live are prepared for parking penalties. The nearby cameras are really powerful. The car has just been parked on the side of the road and has not gone upstairs. The 12123 penalty notice short message will come. Helpless, the parking spaces downstairs are all parked by the owners of the community, so you have to take your luck. In the evening, after dinner in the city, you have to start at least 1,000 meters away to park. You have to get up early in the morning and drive the car to the empty parking space downstairs before the traffic police go to work. Don't be too happy 😃
