At 5pm, I landed in Dunhuang with full of enthusiasm, and was hit by a sandstorm as soon as I left the airport (Dunhuang OS: welcome to hell). After putting my luggage in the hotel, I immediately entered the battle state - squatting for rehearsal! After arriving at the place, the staff ruthlessly announced: ”Cancelled~” I (on the surface): ”Okay, okay~” (inner OS: Ha, it's just a lie of human beings). I stubbornly stood there and became the new landmark of Mingsha Mountain, but the result was... Sandstorm 2.0"

"The room is quite big, very spacious, and the water pressure is particularly strong.
But the service attitude of the bar is still not very good. I want two bottles of water to call the front desk at night. I have been prepared for the charge before I call, so I don’t have much concern. After the front desk answers, I said, hello, can you send two bottles of water to the room? The front desk replied directly: I can't send it, I said that the charge can be, the front desk replied: that can be.
In fact, you can not be so blunt, you can directly tell me that the room is equipped with two bottles of mineral water, if you need to charge, rather than directly saying: can not send!
The follow-up should be sent by the hotel staff. We asked how to pay. The staff said that we didn't have to give it, but we still took the initiative to give it when we checked out. And the front desk service is not easy to say when checking out.
In general, the room is good, very satisfied, but the service from the night to the check-out front desk is really not flattering, like I spend money to buy my face to see myself find it unpleasant.

"The hotel was great overall, with very helpful staff. The room was clean and functional, I especially liked the lighting setup, which could be adjusted to create a really cozy atmosphere. The location wasn’t particularly special for me, but it would be ideal if you plan to visit the nearby amusement park.
The breakfast, however, was disappointing. The food didn’t taste good, and the dining area was cluttered with dirty dishes, making it difficult to even find a seat."

"I really feel that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The service is friendly and natural, from the security to the front desk to the cleaning, everyone is warm and courteous. The room was spacious and bright, clean and spotless, and the bedding was comfortable and didn't want to get up. The breakfast is rich and delicious, the location is convenient, and the supermarket restaurants downstairs are all available. Good sound insulation, high water pressure, sufficient air conditioning, fast internet speed. What is even more rare is that the price is still very conscience! You can reach the food street in five or six minutes by walking through the park. The hotel house is clean, spacious and has hot water. The reception attitude at the front desk was enthusiastic.
