The overall experience of this stay was good! The hotel staff had a great service attitude, from checking in to consulting the surroundings, they were patient and meticulous, which made people feel warm. There are enough parking spaces in the parking lot, and it is very convenient to park by car, and there is no need to worry about parking problems. However, it is a bit regrettable that the sound insulation effect of the rooms facing the street is not good, and the noise of traffic and passers-by at night is more obvious. Friends who have light sleep are advised to communicate in advance to change the direction of the room. I hope the hotel can optimize the sound insulation facilities in the future. Overall, it is still worth recommending!

I have never come across a hotel with such poor facilities. There is no air conditioning. The room was so hot at night. There was no blanket or electric fan. I don't know how I fell asleep. The soundproofing was very poor. The sound of the shower pipe in the next room was very loud. I booked two nights, but I decisively canceled the second night and changed to Home Inn. Locals said that few people stayed in this hotel anymore.

The hotel is relatively old, the soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the neighbors talking, but fortunately the neighbors go to bed early so it is not too noisy, parking is convenient, the security uncle is very enthusiastic, the front desk service attitude is very good, the breakfast is quite rich

早上出門吃早餐，拿了早餐卷，忘記拿房卡，關上門，説完了，剛好在樓道碰見了6個都是工作人員，分散有的查房，有的打掃衞生，我説了一聲你好，查房的人看了我一眼，沒有理會，那我自覺去打掃衞生房間我説你好，我忘記帶房卡了，你幫我刷一下房間，我取一下卡，然後問了那個房間，我就去房間門口等，結果沒有過來，我説好多次你好，她們裝聽不見？？？我大聲説了她們，她們又開始打馬虎眼，不懂？？？我去了大唐補了一張卡，然後去吃早餐，結果，她們要開始收餐了，我説沒有早餐了，結果白衣服沒有理會，繼續裝收餐，然後西服工作人説了，還有稀飯，然後白衣服兩個工作人員繼續收，我覺得工作人可以問一下，看有什麼需要的嘛，我們要收餐了，很難嗎？我當時覺得這服務，我衹希望你能堅持不要倒閉！ 馬桶旁邊的電線頭，對面是淋雨，也不害怕觸電？電梯的衞生，可見多久沒有打掃了？極差的服務，特別糟糕的環境？

固原是此次遊玩寧夏的第一站，選擇了固原萬和大飯店入住，入住4個晚上兩間房，還含早，性價比高。酒店離固原站很近，打車6元左右。離市中心也很近，步行可達。周邊吃的，逛的也都很多，適合慢生活的節奏。酒店開業時間早，整體裝修偏舊了，但不影響入住體驗。房間是真的大，寬敞舒適，房內設施一應俱全，床品也睡的挺舒服的，就是缺少東西讓服務員送的話，速度比較慢，但服務態度挺好的。

入住體驗感直接拉滿！下次來還必須給這家酒店打滿分！大堂也太好看了吧！水晶燈bulingbuling的，迎客松背景牆也超有特色，拍照都很出片~前台小哥哥小姐姐都超温柔，辦理入住一點都不拖沓，全程很順暢。環境乾淨又大氣，細節裏都是用心，來這邊玩住這裏真的太舒服啦，閉眼沖不虧！

房間寬敞，設施齊備，但有點陳舊。乾淨衞生，物件擺放有序。服務熱情，早餐品種多。交通便捷，距固原火車站很近。

連住兩天，深感前台和五樓服務員的熱情接待與熱心服務，滿足了我們飲用瓶裝水。房間乾淨，大氣。遺憾的是毛巾浴巾陳舊，雖很白，但也破了。

都很滿意，空調温度也很適宜～設施還很頂 衞生：很乾凈，電梯和洗衣房都不錯 環境：很安靜，沒有什麼噪音 服務：很貼心大氣，對顧客沒有分別心
