There were so many people setting off fireworks by the river in the evening, it was really lively, and you could definitely hear the fireworks from the 17th floor. Breakfast included local specialty pho. This is probably the most upscale hotel in the area. The hallways, rooms, and bathrooms are all very spacious. Many locals also come here to eat."
