GGuest UserWe were traveling from Hainan to Fujian, and while passing through Enping, we found this newly opened hotel online. It was great! Parking was convenient, the receptionist was very friendly, the room was huge, and the facilities were new. Surprisingly, there was even a mahjong table! The three of us went out for eel rice and played a little mahjong afterwards. The bedding was also very comfortable. This hotel is surprisingly good value for money! Breakfast is also served.

WWinnieIt was my first time to walk in and stay for 2 nights, and I felt good. This time I booked 2 nights online and the service was not ideal. I will not stay here again next time. The room is large and beautifully decorated, with an endless view of the villa and trees. The extra-large bed is covered with silk pillows and is very comfortable. It was my first time to check in. After drinking the 2 bottles of water provided on the first day, I didn’t ask for a refill for the second day. I brought my own towels and daily necessities. I bought fruits and asked the two front desk staff to serve them. After drinking 2 bottles of water on the first day, I asked for 1 bottle of water on the second day. They said they would not provide it (the attitude was not as good as the first time). They said it was a special room online (it was the same room type). I bought a bottle of water. It should be 2-3 yuan, but I don’t think it’s a business like this. They are treated differently just because I booked a room online. I'm not asking you to pick up extra for one night's stay, I'm asking you to pick up extra for the second night. The original breakfast was not provided twice, maybe due to the epidemic.

However, the hotel's facility maintenance needs improvement. This includes aging doors and windows, and the exterior walls. Room hygiene was average, and there was a lot of trash in the green belt next to the balcony. The exterior walls were also covered in snails and snail droppings. Additionally, the facilities at Na Jin Gu are old and poorly maintained.
