The location is tranquil, although a long way from any town making it difficult to call a taxi or didi. The hot springs are lovely, and the private bungalow room was amazing. I could have lived there forever. So peaceful. I am glad I brought some of my own food though, because the only restaurant was very simple and traditional local food. As a vegetarian, I had very few options and everything was greasy. They have a little shop, but sell only very very limited things (nothing fresh at all, only a few crisps, beer and soda cans). However, they put fresh fruit for free in the room each day, and my private hot tub made me feel like a king. There was also a fridge in the room, so if I go back I will take a full supply of food.

In room 3219, the toilet door is slightly deformed and the door makes a loud closing noise. I forget to pay attention when using it in the middle of the night, which affects my roommates' sleep. The hot spring water quality is very good and the hot spring area environment is comfortable.

I originally chose a deluxe double room, but I considered switching to the Grand Hyatt with two kids. It is very convenient to have a hot spring just downstairs. The staff were very nice from registration at the front desk to the whole tour. When it rained suddenly, the staff took the initiative to find a big towel for the baby to put on it. It was so heart-warming! The water was very clean and the kids had a great time!
