The children especially liked the layout of this room and were forced to live for a day. Unfortunately, the scenic spots in Duyun were not strong. The hotel's surroundings are nice, with Wanda Plaza and Walmart supermarket just across the street. "The people who work at this hotel genuinely care for their guests. My husband forgot some money in his pants and when we got the laundry back it was missing. However when we went to the front desk and told them that we lost it, they said that they found it and gave us back our money. The breakfast does not include a variety and surplus of food however they have a station where you can get fresh noodles in a bowl and customize the flavor to your liking. Every night they offer milk before you go to sleep and when you check out, they give you a gift bag full of snacks. Overall, the hotel service was good and I would stay there again."

"The hotel offers 24/7 butler service and smart technology throughout the rooms. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and welcoming, especially the personalized services, such as the robot-delivered desserts and milkshakes in the evening, the thoughtful gift upon check-out, and free refills of windshield washer fluid. The breakfast is also quite plentiful, with over ten kinds of Guizhou specialty dishes alone. However, the hotel management is not perfect and there are some shortcomings. For example, the twin room only had one bedside table, which wasn't placed between the two beds but against the wall. There was nowhere to put things on the other bed; items placed on the side would fall off when turning over. There was very little counter space in the room, only a long table and a chair. Even eating instant noodles in the hotel required switching locations. Contacting customer service quickly resolved the issue. Another unfortunate incident was that the entire building experienced a water outage the next morning due to heavy rain in Duyun, making it impossible to wash one's face or use the toilet. However, this was unavoidable and the hotel shouldn't be entirely blamed. Also, one wall in the corner of the room had a lot of peeling paint, looking quite dirty; the hotel should address this as soon as possible. Overall, the hotel is good."

"本以為在小鎮上的旅店不會很好，結果總體來説還是很滿意的，不然也不會在本次旅遊中分兩次預訂入住，算是回頭客了。
比較值得肯定的是服務人員的態度，包括前台、保安、煮早餐的阿姨，都很熱情有禮。第一天到的時候沒找到停車場，在路邊着急打電話，工作人員就親自出來指路了；會幫忙洗烘衣物，並且按照要求的時段送回房間，還免費，這個非常棒！每天煮早餐的布依族阿姨都會熱情打招呼，她煮的粉也很好吃，還跟我們熱情介紹州慶的事情。總的來説看起來工作人員之間關係不錯，會互相幫忙，待人彬彬有禮，這也營造出了有温度的居住環境，往大了説其實也是一張城市名片。
第二次入住的時候房間有報警異響，折騰了好久都沒排查出問題，工作人員不停道歉，送了小禮包，換房開了幾個房間讓我們挑，後續也退了差價。勝在態度友好，我們接受了這個處理。
一些不夠好的細節：出問題的房間門其實有點壞了，浴室門是關不緊的，大門要比較用力才能關。第一次住的房間馬桶有點反味，床的枕頭處有點煙味。希望能改進。"

Guest UserThis hotel is located in the screw shell area of the core area of China's top ten famous tea Duyun Maojian, and is the only homestay inside, which was transformed by the previous tea factory. The location is unique and very superior. I originally wanted to feel this pure natural and pollution-free environment and chose to live here. Then the living experience really exceeded expectations. Not only is the scenery beautiful, the service is good, the things are delicious, and the experience is very special. The staff here are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, making us feel at home, and sent us dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival. Their chickens are raised in the mountains themselves. Fish is fish in the reservoir. The really fresh eyebrows under a pot of soup will fall off. The most signature inside is their experience of picking tea and making tea. Our children really want to come again. In the morning, we picked fresh leaves in the morning. Then the staff here will take us to kill greens, rubbing, Dry, etc., and then make a piece of our own Duyun hair tip, it is a special experience!

The light is very dark. Two lights are on. Feedback to the proprietress said that every room is the same. The bathroom wall peeling off seriously. The toilet is a pile of wall peeling off the ground. The quilt has two yellow stains and the feedback is useless. The room is very stuffy and feels damp. Poor experience. video

Guest UserWe chose this hotel when we brought relatives to Duyun for a trip. The environment was clean and elegant, and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very attentive and proactively recommended local delicacies, saving us a lot of time planning our itinerary. When we needed extra pillows, they responded quickly and brought them right away. The coffee in the hotel was fragrant and delicious. Overall, the stay was exceptionally pleasant, making it a top choice for travel. We were very satisfied.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time! This four-star hotel is located in the center of Duyun and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The hotel chain manager is in charge. The family room we live in is very friendly to a family of 4. The overall environment is clean and tidy, with a gym, laundry room and breakfast. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the elevator in the single building is quiet, the parking lot is convenient to use, the stay experience is very good, I will choose here next time.

The location feels a bit remote since the surroundings are mostly unused buildings, so it's a bit creepy at night if you walk around by yourself. Not many people walk the street. I don't know whether it's because I went there in winter or it is usually like that. Have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the street with many restaurants and food stalls, but the receptionist sister is so kind and let me add her WeChat account in case I need some help when going to that food street. It'd be nice if they sell something to eat in the lobby/lounge though.
The inn itself is pretty clean and you can find necessary amenities in your room. The heater was not really working though. It was set to 30°C, but I was still freezing inside. I could only feel warm and nice after the hot shower. Yeah, luckily the hot shower worked as it should have. But, the water leaked through the shower room's glass door, so you need to dry it with the towel mat if you don't want to slip. The ceiling also needs some repair or at least re-painting since it looked like it was leaking even though it maybe not.
I chose this inn since it is not that far from Qin Han Film City and it's cheap.
Overall, I guess it's worth the price.
