Duyun Star River Hotel ★★★★★
"Cleanliness: Poor. The bed had holes in it and was a bit dirty. The sink was also dirty. Facilities: Average. Two toilets, one of which is open to the public. Environment: The location is difficult to find. The hotel is not directly on the street, and the entrance is quite narrow. Guaranteed late check-out until 3:00 PM: This check-out time is a plus."
Elegance Huanpeng International Garden Hotel (Duyun Downtown Bus Terminal Branch) ★★★
"The children in this house like it very much. There is also hanging orchid. The hygiene outside the window needs to be strengthened. The view I saw was not very good. My room is very large and the door of the bathroom does not seem to be closed."
HUIYUE HOTEL ★★★★★
"The service was excellent; the staff were very welcoming and proactive. The only downside was that there were some marks on the coffee table from cups that had been sitting for a while."
Duyun Maojianli Hotel (Qinhan Film City) ★★★★
"Fans of "Chen Qing Ling" checked in. Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She upgraded us for free to the room next door to E511 where Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan were interviewed. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hygiene management was also very good. The price/performance ratio was very high. ! The hotel environment is very good, the air is fresh, and it occupies a large area. It is filled with various flowers and plants. I feel very comfortable taking a walk in the yard after eating the freshly cooked spicy chicken noodles for breakfast every day. The only thing that needs improvement is that some of the check-in signs set up in the hotel have faded due to exposure to wind and sun. I hope the hotel can update them in time ~ I look forward to staying a few more days if I have the opportunity next time"
Ganglong Hotel ★★★★
"The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. Just across the river are the popular street and bridge, and there are tons of food options. The hotel service is great, and the rooms are very nice."
Jinpeng International Hotel (Duyun Dashiban Ancient Street) ★★★
"Highly recommend this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a food street with all sorts of Guizhou specialties. Enjoy lamb rice noodles and sticky rice for breakfast, and some barbecue for dinner – pure bliss! There's a basketball court across the street, so sports enthusiasts won't have to worry about anything; the court is quite good. The nearby Duyun Instagrammable Bridge is stunning, especially at night when the lights come on – perfect for a stroll after a meal. Visiting a temple for blessings is also easy, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is clean and comfortable overall, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Duyun!"
Duyun YunDong Guizhou Hotel ★★★★★
"When I went to Duyun, I chose this hotel managed by Guizhou Hotel after a round of selection. It is a well-established hotel that is clean and standard! The driving distance from the main urban area is acceptable and it is very close to the film and television city!"
Orange Hotel (Duyun Dashizi Branch) ★★★
"The front desk service was terrible. They forced me to register as a member, saying I had to register to get a breakfast voucher, even though my room already included breakfast. The light on the bedside table was unpleasant, the bathroom drain was clogged, and despite hardly anyone being there, the room I was given was far from the elevator. Luckily, the hotel's location was okay."
Duyun Poly Hotel (Passenger Terminal) ★★
"I often stay at this hotel, it's cost-effective, the room is clean, the stay is comfortable, the internet speed is not slow, and the decoration style is simple and elegant. The only bad thing is that the front desk often changes people."

Dou Yun Guipin World Hotel
"The location is very quiet, the facilities are ok, the breakfast is generally very poor, the reserved twin room arrived, and it was said that only the double bed room was available. The attitude was very hard, the room card could not be opened, and the phone never answered. I went down to find someone to solve the problem. The water in the shower head was very small, and I did not dare to shout. The waiter is here"
Huiyue Resort Hotel
"nice nice nice"
Sunlit HOTEL
"The experience is quite good. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic in service. The hotel environment is nice and clean. If you need anything, just call and it will be delivered directly to the room. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is very high. 👍Thumbs up"
Count Garden Hotel
"The room is large, well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel at home. Outside the room window is the garden of the community, which is very quiet. The breakfast room is large and the breakfast variety is rich and delicious. The location of the hotel in the city center is convenient, with the bus station just outside the door, and there is a lot of dirt. Suitable for business trip and leisure stay. So we stayed in the hotel for a few more days."
Qianjing Hotel (Duyun Center Wanda Branch)
"Lovely hotel, very premium and comfortable."
Longqi Tribe· Starry Sky Camping (Duyun Shanmu Lake Park)
"The scenery is beautiful, and there is a scenic spot next to it. We went too late and had to travel the next day, so we didn't go shopping. We just made a bonfire in the yard, which was very comfortable. We couldn't light the bonfire ourselves, so we asked the staff for help. He took a bunch of fire starters and worked hard. After an hour, he finally lit the fire. Thank you 🙏"
Tiansheng International Hotel。
"This trip was a family revisit to our alma mater, Qiannan Normal University. We looked at hotels for a long time, and then stumbled upon this hidden gem! The hotel is right next to our alma mater, Qiannan Normal University, separated by only a wall, located to the right of the main gate! There's also Wanda Plaza across the street, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! The hotel receptionists were very welcoming and friendly, greeting us with smiles. Seeing that we had a child with us, they even gave us a complimentary breakfast voucher for a child! We booked a family room, which was clean and odor-free! The soundproofing was also excellent! It was also very spacious and had a tent that kids would love! There was also children's toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers! The breakfast was good too! My two children also gave this hotel a very high rating! We'll definitely come back next time!"
Lingzhi Hotel Duyun
"The front desk is very good, the service is good, it is worth living, the late check-out is also agreed, really recommend"
Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Duyun center wanda plaza branch)
"The hygiene was poor; the bath towels were black, there was hair on the bed, and cigarette ash on the table."
Huiyue Qianxi Hotel
"Hotel location is good, parking is very convenient, the roadside and downstairs can be parked, the room health and environment are also very good, the price is very high, the hotel's disposable slippers must be praised, thick and no smell, bandit nest"
Hi Inn (Duyun Downtown Area Shiban Ancient Street)
"Please, everyone, avoid this Haiyou Hotel! The environment and the service staff are both terrible. I deeply regret not checking the negative reviews on various platforms before booking. Only after visiting did I realize that the negative and neutral reviews were entirely true. Having traveled extensively over the years and booked countless hotels of all levels on various platforms, I've never given a hotel or service staff a bad review before, but this time I simply couldn't tolerate it! I was subjected to deliberately rude and discriminatory treatment by a female receptionist with a ponytail and a round face, simply because I booked through Ctrip instead of the Huazhu app. Here's what happened: I was traveling to Duyun to avoid peak season. As a Huazhu Gold Card member, I found the Haitian Shiban Street branch (a Huazhu brand) on the app (I mistakenly thought it was close to the Shiban Street scenic spot, but it's actually over 1 kilometer away, a 20-minute walk). They even offered a complimentary breakfast (which was fake), and the room pictures looked nice, so I decided to choose this hotel. Later, I saw that as a Ctrip Platinum member and a China Mobile Gold Card user, I had a 60 RMB coupon available, and there was an additional discount for booking a week in advance, so I added 101 RMB to book a double room through the Ctrip app, specifically requesting a quiet room and not a corner room. I arrived at 3 PM on August 23rd and found the hotel to be in a remote and difficult-to-find location. It required passing through two parking lot toll gates and walking over 100 meters, dodging cars, trucks, and motorcycles, before entering a densely populated residential area with a mix of old and new buildings. The hotel was located in one of these high-rise buildings, using only the second floor as its rooms. Upon entering, the small reception area was staffed only by a woman in her thirties. Feeling the hotel was of low quality, I asked if I could be upgraded to a superior room. She replied that Huazhu members could upgrade for free, and I explained that I was a Huazhu Gold Card member and could check online. She immediately changed her tune, saying that to protect Huazhu members, I had to book through the Huazhu app, not Ctrip. I then offered to use my Huazhu Gold Card, Ctrip Platinum Card, and China Mobile Gold Card vouchers for free room upgrades. She curtly replied: "No way! To upgrade, I have to cancel my Ctrip booking and rebook through Huazhu, or pay the difference at the current price." I expressed my incomprehension. It's the off-season now, and rooms aren't scarce. Asking for an upgrade with so many empty rooms using a voucher isn't unreasonable, especially since I saw reviews from other platforms where guests had received free upgrades. She remained unmoved and claimed those rooms were all booked (a lie: later I saw many empty rooms with their doors open and cleaned; at 11:30 pm that night, I checked many platforms and found that various types of rooms at that hotel were still available for booking). I asked about breakfast, and the answer was: no! I pointed out that the Huazhu app still indicates breakfast is included, but she said the hotel has never offered breakfast. Because I was tired from arriving and her cold and unyielding attitude made me reluctant to argue further. After taking the room key and going upstairs to room 227, I discovered that she had given us the worst corner room—very small, with no window, and smelly. While looking for a room, I saw many rooms with open doors, all cleaned and vacant; even rooms with windows of the same standard were better. I went downstairs to confront her, explaining why I specifically asked for this corner room when I said I didn't want one, and that I couldn't even open the window. She said she was looking after our age and that the soundproofing wasn't good, so it wasn't quiet. Then my husband called to say that the room was stuffy, the air conditioning was very noisy, and the bathroom smelled terrible, making it uninhabitable. I immediately told her I wanted to change rooms. She immediately said all the rooms with the same interior windows were the same, so we should just check out! She was basically kicking us out! My husband said we should just pay extra to upgrade as she demanded, so I reluctantly paid the extra 35 yuan to upgrade to a superior double room, requesting a quiet room that wasn't in a corner. She gave me a room key, and when I asked if it was quiet, she immediately said we should change rooms, then gave me room 235. This room was also very small, with the front door facing the fire hydrant, and the air conditioner blowing directly at the head of the bed. I guessed it was another bad room, but I didn't want to go through any more trouble, so I just made do. Later I found out this woman was extremely vengeful, and there was more ruthless and insidious stuff to come. After resting for a while, we went to Shiban Street for dinner and then strolled around. When we took a taxi back before 10 pm, the front desk was empty. We couldn't even change into a pair of wet disposable paper slippers because we couldn't turn on the air conditioner and let it blow directly on us. It wasn't until we opened the window to let in some fresh air before bed that we discovered that just a few meters below the window was a motorcycle parking lot and a small flat area where residents gathered. Many children and adults chatted, played, and laughed there until 11:30 pm when they gradually dispersed. Motorcycles were constantly coming and going, making a loud rumbling noise, and even past midnight, we could still hear dogs barking. We finally managed to doze off a little around 1 am, but at 6 am, we were awakened by the roar of machinery and the noise of people. It turned out that there was a garbage dump right below our room! (See photo). Garbage trucks come regularly every day to haul it away, and the noise and stench are nauseating. It took more than twenty minutes for the trucks and people to leave, but the stench lingered. Then, the parked motorcycles started up and left one by one, making it impossible to rest any longer. We waited until 8 AM, not wanting to stay a moment longer, and went to check out. We confronted her, saying, "We paid extra to upgrade to a superior double room as you requested, why did you deliberately put us in a room above a garbage dump? Don't you know they clean up the garbage at 6 AM? Don't you know your motorcycles run early and return late? You've gone too far!!" She remained calm and ignored us completely, not even looking up, simply saying we could leave after handing over the room key. We immediately went out and found another hotel, cheaper than this one, with a free upgrade, and a convenient and comfortable environment. Now I want to ask Huazhu and Ctrip: Is this Haiyou Hotel a Huazhu subsidiary or just a name-branded establishment? Should Ctrip members be treated as inferior when booking Huazhu chain hotels?! This female staff member, from 3 PM on the 23rd to 8 AM on the 24th when we checked out early, didn't smile once. Her expression, voice, and eyes were all indifferent, and she lied without batting an eye. Was she venting her frustrations about family or work?! The negative experience at Haiyou Hotel has left us with a lasting impression, making us never and dare not return. Attached are some photos; we hope the relevant management sees this comment and provides an explanation! Service: Terrible!"
Tongchen hotel
"The bed is big, the room is similar to the actual picture, and it is quiet enough. There are not many places to eat around, which is suitable for transit. There are two car rental points nearby."
HanTing Hotel (Duyun)
"This is my second time choosing this hotel. The facilities, environment, and service are exactly as described on Ctrip. The rooms are large, the beds are big, and the rooms are clean and simple. When I checked in at night, I looked up some nearby restaurants on my phone and asked the receptionist for recommendations. She was very helpful and gave me some information, which is commendable. The local beef and mutton noodle shop to the left of the hotel entrance is still there, and the food is quite good."
iu Hotel (Duyun Grand Cross Shiban Street)
"The little brother at the front desk was very enthusiastic. During the Chinese New Year, he also gave a free room upgrade. The uncle in the parking lot was also very powerful. The command parking efficiency was very high. The room was clean and the facilities were very complete. Overall, he was very satisfied."
