This hotel is located in the screw shell area of the core area of China's top ten famous tea Duyun Maojian, and is the only homestay inside, which was transformed by the previous tea factory. The location is unique and very superior. I originally wanted to feel this pure natural and pollution-free environment and chose to live here. Then the living experience really exceeded expectations. Not only is the scenery beautiful, the service is good, the things are delicious, and the experience is very special. The staff here are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, making us feel at home, and sent us dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival. Their chickens are raised in the mountains themselves. Fish is fish in the reservoir. The really fresh eyebrows under a pot of soup will fall off. The most signature inside is their experience of picking tea and making tea. Our children really want to come again. In the morning, we picked fresh leaves in the morning. Then the staff here will take us to kill greens, rubbing, Dry, etc., and then make a piece of our own Duyun hair tip, it is a special experience!

After talking about the advantages, there are two very obvious disadvantages, which deserve special attention: 1) The ”free pick-up and drop-off service” indicated by Ctrip was understood by the hotel front desk as ”pick up or drop off, only once”, which is very funny. As the only high-star hotel option within 15 minutes' drive from Yundong Station, high-speed rail transit passengers should also be a large source of customers. It is difficult to get a taxi here because of the vast area and sparse population. How can they come up with a special service of ”only pick up but not drop off”? ! 2) At 2:30 in the morning, the room landline rang, and no one spoke after answering it for about ten seconds, and it was hung up; I immediately called the front desk to check what happened, but as of 9 am when I left the hotel, the hotel only said ”after checking the room front desk and other departments, no one called, but I don't know who called.” This security system has huge loopholes. My family thought there were bad guys scouting the place, so they were afraid to turn off the lights completely and did not sleep well all night. This is very poor service with potential for illegal and criminal activities, which should be taken seriously by the hotel.

I have been on business trips many times, and this time was the most comfortable one. I didn't expect it to be so good. The environment is super comfortable, super quiet and peaceful. There is a small river next to it, where you can go fishing. There is also a small garden bar where you can eat barbecue and stewed food. The bedding is so good. It's the first time I stayed in a hotel and it felt more comfortable than the bed at home. I really recommend it. Next time I come to Duyun, I will only stay in this hotel!!!
