"The parking instructions upon arrival were unclear. Long-term and short-term parking had completely separate entrances with no clear signage. Check-in was extremely chaotic, likely due to a large group checking in, and there was absolutely no order. No one seemed to care about leaving a clear path for individual guests, so we had to push our way through just to inquire about our check-in. Below the hotel, there's a small public square that's incredibly lively morning and night, always filled with people dancing. Next door, there's a KTV with several security personnel at the entrance. Honestly, I wouldn't want to stay in this area again."

"Paid over 700 for this room in Baoshan, and honestly, it was just okay. First off, it's basically one of those uniform buildings you find in an urban village, sectioned off and converted into a B&B. So, the extent of the renovation was quite limited. They're essentially rural houses, and my room had a strong renovation smell. Secondly, the ground floor's public facilities, including the hot spring, seemed unused and pointless. To get to the room, you have to walk up a metal staircase, which felt more like a fire escape. The front desk also seemed understaffed. Overall, my experience was pretty average. I only booked this place because of its proximity to Qinglong Street, but even Qinglong Street itself wasn't really worth visiting."

"The hotel's public areas are nice, the location is good, and the rooms are spacious. However, we booked two rooms, and one of the sheets had a large oil stain, which wasn't changed because it was late. The most unsatisfactory aspect was the poor service. There was no warning about the washing machine malfunction; we washed our clothes in the broken machine and went out to eat. Only after calling the front desk to ask for help drying the clothes were we told the machine was broken. We asked them to remove the clothes and wash/dry them, but when we returned from our meal (3 hours later), the clothes were still untouched in the broken machine, while the front desk staff leisurely ate their late-night snack in the lobby. There were no staff to guide guests at the hotel entrance during check-in/check-out, vehicles were parked haphazardly, and we had to get out of our cars and move the safety cones ourselves when leaving the parking lot."

In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Baoshan hotel features parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.

"Let me start with the advantages: 1. The front desk and service staff are polite and professional. 2. The hotel is located not far from the railway station and Wuyue Plaza, which is very convenient. 3. The room is relatively clean. 4. Pick-up and drop-off service available. As for the shortcomings, they are all minor flaws, but they greatly affect the experience: 1. The room soundproofing is average 2. The TV remote control was not easy to use, the windows were difficult to open and close, and the phone in the room could not contact the front desk. 3. The light of the WIFI device on the desk cannot be turned off. Although the light is small, it is very bright. When all the lights in the house are turned off, the flickering light affects your rest."

"A very good value for money hotel, very good hygiene, no stains on the carpet, very clean rooms and bathrooms. The room is equipped with small grain coffee, snacks and Tremella soup were delivered in the evening. There is a very good Biton coffee shop within a kilometer of the nearby area, and there is Huopiao beef... Qinglong Ancient Street is worth a visit, less than 8 kilometers from the hotel. The evaluation is based on the price and hotel grade, and it cannot be evaluated by the five-star standard. After all, the price is not at the same level."

"Overall, the environment and hygiene were quite good. However, the first floor was very damp and cold, and it happened to be raining, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Since it was just a stopover, I just put up with it for one night and didn't even bother to try the hot spring bath service. The front desk's response was very perfunctory. When I asked to change floors, they flat-out refused. I explained that I'm not in good health and can't stay in overly damp rooms, but they offered no solutions. They didn't even bother to ask if I needed a dehumidifier. If I had known this, I would have just chosen a cheaper hotel since it was only for one night anyway. It seems they don't really care about repeat customers. On a positive note, breakfast was good, with a wide variety and tasty options, and the service was excellent."

Some places are meant to be passed through. Others are meant for surrendering oneself to the valley. Hidden in Xinzhai Village, Lujiangba, Baoshan, Yunnan, Huke Coffee Estate Hotel rests at the foot of the Gaoligong Mountains, facing the Nujiang River Valley and gently embraced by 13,600 acres of contiguous coffee plantations. This is not just another countryside retreat beyond the city, but a place where one can truly slow down, quiet the mind, and rediscover the rhythm of breath and time. As the mountain road winds upward, the view gradually unfolds—mountain breeze, the aroma of coffee, drifting mist, and layers of green coming forward all at once. For first-time visitors, there is no need to worry about unfamiliar mountain roads; the estate can arrange pickup from the visitor reception center, making arrival feel more reassuring and allowing this journey to begin with less hesitation and more anticipation. Once here, many realize that this trip is not about getting somewhere quickly, but about moving a little farther from the noise and a little closer to oneself. The beauty of Huke is not loud or dramatic. It is the kind of beauty that naturally quiets the heart. Traditional all-wood Dai-style buildings are scattered across the mountainside, with timber roofs, wooden corridors, terrace views, and morning valley mist reflecting one another. The entire estate carries an understated sense of ease and restraint. Guest rooms are tucked among the trees, each one holding the landscape just outside the window. In the morning, distant mountains and rolling clouds slowly unfold before the eyes; by evening, the light softens and timber interiors blend gently into the valley scenery, making both movement and mood slow down almost without notice. The 270-degree mountain-view rooms, terraces, and soaking tubs are not simply beautiful design elements—they are invitations to pause, to look at the mountains, listen to the wind, do nothing for a while, and gradually empty a mind that has been overfilled for too long. It is, of course, a place that photographs beautifully. But more precious than that is the fact that every photograph taken here feels effortless, because the surroundings themselves are so open, breathable, and naturally composed. Standing on a terrace, sitting by the window, strolling along a wooden corridor, or quietly leaning by the infinity pool, one sees the Nujiang River Valley in the distance and vast coffee fields nearby. The layers are already there. What people tend to love is not the need to take many photos, but the instinct to preserve a moment because the valley, the light, the timber, the mist, and the self all feel exactly as they should. Coffee is another gentle form of healing here. Located in the core production area of Baoshan Small-Bean Coffee, Huke carries more than seventy years of cultivation heritage, giving this land a depth that feels both real and lasting. Staying here means truly enjoying coffee as part of estate life—the estate’s own high-altitude coffee is available complimentary throughout the stay, and a cup may even be taken along on the journey back, carrying that clarity and fragrance a little farther. Guests may also walk into the coffee groves, see bright red coffee cherries hanging from the branches, and step into the professional coffee workshop to slowly experience a hand-brewed cup from rising aroma to lingering finish. In the city, coffee is often for staying awake. Here, it becomes a way to unwind, a way to reconnect with the land, the valley, and oneself. Many people worry that visiting on a rainy day may not be worthwhile. But those who truly understand Huke know that rain can be one of its most moving moments. As rain falls into the coffee fields, mist rises gently along the hillsides. The layered outlines at the foot of the Gaoligong Mountains fade in and out, while the Nujiang River Valley slips softly behind veils of moisture, and the entire estate seems to dissolve into a living ink painting. Listening to rain in a wooden house, with the scent of coffee in the air, one can sit by the window or on the terrace with nothing planned at all—simply watching clouds drift and hearing the rain fall, until the heart quiets on its own. Huke on a sunny day is expansive and luminous; Huke in the rain is softer, calmer, and even more restorative. In many places, rain is merely weather. Here, rain is scenery, and an experience in itself. Beyond staying and looking, this is also a place to return time to nature. Guests may follow light hiking trails through vast coffee fields and the Gaoligong rainforest, observing plants and listening to birdsong as the body gradually releases its tension. One may wait for sunset at the viewing platform, or look up at the stars at night and reclaim a kind of stillness rarely found in the city. For couples, close friends, families, or anyone simply seeking a place to rest, this is more than a brief stop—it is a stretch of valley time in which emotions can be gently set down. The food continues this same rhythm of comfort. Fresh Dai cuisine, coffee-braised chicken, and other signature dishes bring together local flavor and estate life with ease. Breakfast, served with terrace views of the mountains, turns even a simple meal into something soft and unhurried. As for service, the estate does not seek to impress with exaggerated formality, but with attentiveness that feels just right—butler-style care, efficient check-in and check-out, luggage storage, and 24-hour security all make the stay feel both reassuring and effortless. Huke Coffee Estate Hotel has never been simply a place to spend the night. It is better understood as a restorative mountain-valley retreat worth making a special journey for: on sunny days, there are vast coffee fields, sunrise clouds, and sweeping mountain views; on rainy days, there is the sound of rain on wood, mist rolling through the valley, and a rare sense of quiet not easily found elsewhere; and in every kind of weather, it offers the chance to slow down, soften the mind, and return oneself to nature. For anyone seeking a place that is not merely beautiful, but truly calming, healing, and worth the journey, Huke would be an answer difficult to replace.

"My recent stay at the Hukou (Huker) Coffee Estate Hotel in Luxiangba, Baoshan, Yunnan, truly redefined my perception of a 'coffee origin getaway.' It's not just about 'staying a night'; it's more like immersing yourself in a vast coffee park and canyon landscape. From dawn till dusk, you're enveloped by the aroma of coffee and the misty mountain clouds, and the pace of life just slows down. 1) Environment and Location: Expansive views, truly 'living within the scenery' The hotel is situated in Dapingzi, Xinzai Village, Luxiang Town, Longyang District, Baoshan. It's nestled between coffee plantations and valleys, offering incredibly open views. From the platforms and public areas, you can gaze out at the river valley and mountain landscapes. One of the greatest joys of staying here is always having 'mountains when you look up and coffee gardens when you turn around.' (Hotel location: Dapingzi, Xinzai Village, Luxiang Town, Longyang District, Baoshan) 2) Accommodation Experience: Estate feel + ethnic charm, maximum relaxation The overall architecture and ambiance exude a resort estate feel, complete with distinct Dai/ethnic cultural elements, making it perfect for photos. Guest reviews on Trip.com frequently mention keywords like 'ethnic features, Dai cultural atmosphere' and 'superb views,' classifying it as a place with 'great facilities + unique atmosphere.' 3) Coffee Experience: More than just drinking coffee, it's about understanding the origin What I particularly loved is that the coffee experience here isn't just a staged 'grab a cup and go.' You can genuinely feel the terroir of the origin within the estate. Some guests even mentioned the in-house coffee experience, and the option to add on deeper experiences like picking,讲解 (explanation), roasting, or pour-over brewing (which is highly recommended for anyone wanting to truly understand Yunnan small-bean coffee). I also tried different pour-over flavors during my stay, and drinking coffee amidst a coffee plantation truly feels different from a city cafe. 4) Dining: Dinner and breakfast included, making it hassle-free, with strong scenic enhancement My package this time included both dinner and breakfast. The overall dining environment was very comfortable (the scenic view tables were a big plus!), allowing me to continue enjoying the valley and coffee gardens while eating, making for a very complete experience. Platform guest feedback also frequently mentions 'dinner was great' and 'breakfast had local specialties.' 5) Service: Warm, meticulous, and very personable The service is the 'relaxing' kind: responsive, efficient, not overly intrusive, but always there when needed. There are many positive reviews about the service on Trip.com as well. 6) Value for Money: Considering 'accommodation + meals + coffee origin experience' together, it's excellent value. If you only evaluate it by 'price per night,' you might overlook its core value: this is more of a destination-type accommodation that bundles together coffee estate scenery, origin experience, dining, and a resort feel. It's especially suitable for: • Those who want to quietly unwind, enjoy the clouds and mountains, and escape the city. • Coffee lovers who want to truly understand the flavors at the origin. • Couples/friends on a short getaway, seeking 'photo-worthy moments + a relaxed vibe.' 7) Small Suggestions (for a better and more photogenic experience) • Try to choose a room type/floor with better views: the morning mist and evening sunset are both beautiful. • Set aside time for 'doing nothing': the greatest luxury here is daydreaming. • If time permits, inquire about picking/roasting/pour-over experiences (highly recommended). In summary: Huker Coffee Estate is not just 'a hotel for a night's stay,' but rather 'a lifestyle that places you at the fragrant source of Chinese coffee.' The next time I visit Luxiangba, I will most likely choose this place again."

"I deliberately waited until after staying at the Tengchong All Seasons Hotel to write this review. First of all, the price was very reasonable, the room was large and comfortable, and the service from the front desk staff truly met the standards of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very plentiful, and during breakfast, the front desk staff meticulously checked all the food in the restaurant with a temperature measuring device. I only found out later, when I was about to check out, that it was a hotel management requirement. The staff member was incredibly thorough and attentive. With such management, this hotel is sure to thrive, and I would highly recommend it to my friends visiting Baoshan. Because I was already at the Tengchong All Seasons Hotel when I wrote this review, the experience was incomparable. For a similar hotel, the price was twice as high, but the overall service and breakfast were vastly superior."

This stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone! Our host, Minsu, was very welcoming and personally picked us up at the Ginkgo intersection. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was decorated in a simple and sophisticated style, very clean, and comfortable. Their large, high-definition TV was perfect for watching a movie in bed after a bath. The location is also great; Ginkgo King is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

The ancient town of Heshun is absolutely gorgeous, and we stayed at Leyin Inn, which has received zero negative reviews. Leyin Inn has a superb location, right next to the Wanlouzi Residents' Museum, and right next to Hua Jie's Private Kitchen (opposite Hua Jie's is a small, unassuming shop run by elderly folks serving incredibly delicious home-style dishes). The innkeeper sent someone to pick us up and take us into the ancient town for free. After we bought tickets with our ID cards (valid for seven days, which was a great deal since I bought my boat tickets at the same time), they drove us all the way to the hotel parking lot. Keep in mind that Heshun Ancient Town has many ups and downs, and the ground is paved with bricks, making it difficult to push luggage around. The innkeeper kindly helped us with our luggage. We booked a private hot spring room, which was great value for money. The original hot spring water from Rehai was brought over, and we told the innkeeper they would come and fill it with water. Our child and the other children staying at the inn had a great time. We only booked one night, and they even gave us a free ride to the bus station. The service was truly excellent. We'll definitely stay at Leyin Inn again next time we visit Heshun Ancient Town.

The owner was very kind; after we sent him our location, he proactively picked us up and even helped us with our luggage to our room. The house was uniquely designed; every floor we went up revealed a different and delightful design, which we especially loved. Our family also said it was warm and comfortable. 👍👍 It had everything: a laundry room, exercise equipment, a terrace with a barbecue and swing... a piano, a guitar, and a breakfast selection that combined Western and Chinese elements, including coffee, bread, butter, oatmeal, porridge, rice noodles, oranges, corn, and plenty of fruit. When we got tired of walking around, we could easily sit in the shop's coffee shop – very comfortable! 👍

The most satisfying two nights in Yunnan, I am more used to staying in hotels, but Fengli B&B is indeed the right choice! Location: The taxi positioning is accurate. Behind the official hotel, there is a very quiet homestay area, and takeaways can be delivered. Environment: clean, warm, emotional, willing to work hard in the details, sincerity is the boss's hospitality, every time I meet, I will greet you warmly ~ Facilities: The twin room has a large space, the bedding is super comfortable, the pillows kill most hotels in seconds, the central air-conditioning + wall-mounted air-conditioning, and the toiletries are dreamed back to college time in one second. Weight scales, sewing boxes, nail clippers, floss, masks, earplugs, etc. are available! There are two washing machines and one dryer in the common area, which can be used by self-service. Service: Drinking water, soda, snacks, fruit are all provided free of charge. Breakfast is served in the small restaurant with sour seeds and sugar. There are freshly cooked bait silk and rice noodles. The coffee is delicious! Please ask the boss to arrange a car drop-off in advance, and received a warm souvenir on the day of departure.~ Because the itinerary is tight, we basically leave early and return late, and we have not been able to experience the slow life of the homestay, but it does not affect my determination to strongly recommend Fengli!

This trip was with my sister and niece! The guesthouse was conveniently located near the scenic area entrance, making it easy to get in and out! Because it was at the end of a small alley, the environment was quiet, conducive to rest! The host personally picked up and dropped off our luggage at the scenic area entrance! Breakfast was healthy and delicious every day! We ordered the rice noodles in soup every day! They were very responsive to guests' requests! Finally, I'd like to suggest they be a little more proactive in their service!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the library. The rooms are spacious and clean, with separate areas. You can also soak in the hot spring at the hotel in the evening, which is a very pleasant experience. The breakfast is also good, and it's just a 3-minute walk from the ancient town.

1. The front desk was really nice! 2. Cleanliness was pretty good too. 3. It was a special offer room, so it was on the first floor, close to the front desk, but it wasn't noisy. 4. Because it was a special offer room, the room wasn't very big, but it was still okay. 5. It's a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time. Facilities: The parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. The room decoration is average. Hygiene: The room is clean, but the dry and wet areas are not separated. The toilet and shower are together, and the toilet area is a bit cramped. Environment: The whole park is very large and suitable for walking around. The coffee experience center has a lot of self-produced coffee and coffee derivatives, which can be bought. Service: Breakfast and afternoon tea are good. The staff also invited us to taste hand-brewed coffee, which is better than afternoon tea. There are many coffee-related experience projects in the park, but they are all charged. I didn’t experience any of them. Afternoon tea: The free afternoon tea has coffee, fruit and dried fruit. The coffee is quite sour, so people who don't like coffee may not be used to it. The price of the room is about 400 in the off-season, which is a bit low in terms of cost performance. If you deduct the cost of afternoon tea, it will be about 300. You can stay in a 4-star hotel in the city at this price. So here are some small suggestions to improve the experience of guests: 1. Can you add fruit peel tea to the afternoon tea to give friends who don't drink coffee an additional option? 2. Can you give guests a discount or discount for the experience items? 3. The parking lot is too sunny in summer. It is recommended to build a row of parking sheds on one side to provide shade and reduce the temperature in the car.

I originally booked a different courtyard, but the owner upgraded me to a Lotus Pond King Room. The view was great; it would definitely be even more beautiful during lotus blooming season. There's a stylish coffee shop downstairs. Transportation is relatively convenient compared to other guesthouses in the ancient town, located on the west side, accessible by car, though a bit far from the center. The wooden structure of the house isn't very soundproof; there's a small road downstairs where cars pass by, making it a little noisy. The service was excellent; they even picked me up from the visitor center. Coming back in the evening, I enjoyed warming myself by the fireplace downstairs with some black tea – very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!
