"As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!"

"I'm a bit lost for words about this night. First, let's get the good news out of the way. Due to a group booking and limited availability, the hotel upgraded our room. The facilities were new, and parking was very convenient. But let's talk about the shortcomings, which are perhaps even more important to the hotel's guest experience. 1. Is the Tmall Genie immature? I couldn't get it to turn on the TV. Even worse, at 5:00 a.m., while I was sound asleep, it suddenly turned on the lights, curtains, and TV, and started making voice calls. I was startled! I had to get up and turn them off one by one. 2. The breakfast items were small in quantity and variety. Even more outrageous, the ”Home Inn noodles” were not available. When asked why, they said they didn't know. Home Inn constantly promotes and boasts about this bowl of noodles, from the rooms to the restaurant. Essentially, this bowl of noodles is Home Inn's promise and invitation. How could they just say it's gone? When I asked the front desk, they said it was because the hotel was new, then because there were few guests, and they couldn't come up with a reasonable excuse. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable! One pillow had a cassia seed core, which was too high and hard to use, and the other had a latex core, which had no slope and was too hard, making it impossible to sleep for most of the night."

The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"The hotel's room amenities were impeccable, and the mini-fridge even provided complimentary drinks. The family suites were also well-appreciated for their child-friendly amenities. There are also several good restaurants nearby, which, while a bit pricey, offer better quality. A few negative points: the hotel is 11-12 kilometers from the airport, but the shuttle service doesn't start until 9:00 AM. We chose an airport hotel because we thought it would offer 24-hour service, but we ended up having to take a taxi. Breakfast isn't served until 8:00 AM, as Xinjiang's time differs significantly from mainland China. Airport hotels should be more accommodating to guests from outside Xinjiang. We had an 8:50 AM flight, so we didn't have breakfast or even take the shuttle. Other than these two points, the stay was acceptable."

"Service: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!"

This stay was great! The location of the hotel is very good and the travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the hygiene was very meticulous and there was no smell. The front desk service was warm and intimate, and the check-in speed was very fast. Laundry is convenient and well equipped. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the sound insulation effect is also good, and I sleep well at night. Very good value for money, the overall environment is very relaxing, I will choose this one next time, highly recommended!

The ladies were very welcoming. The kids also liked it very much. They asked to stay for another day. However, they had to continue going north. They chose to stay at the Seasons Hotel all the way. Great travel package. Breakfast was also great.

I booked it on Ctrip, and at first I saw that the front door of the hotel was not very conspicuous! The name is also very tongue-in-cheek, but the moment you enter the hall, your eyes light up! The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

The hotel service is pretty good, the laundry room is very good, and they can pick you up from the station. But the location is a bit remote. I originally thought of booking a hotel close to the old street, but I didn't expect that the old street was not open in March.

The room was massive, especially the shower, which was comically huge. Overall, it was clean and tidy. They have a very large parking lot with slow charging stations, and the service was excellent. However, the parking costs 10 yuan for 24 hours. I stayed during Eid al-Adha (Gurbang Festival), so many shops were closed. We ended up having dinner at the hotel, which was super affordable and came with huge portions. Be warned though, their dishes are heavily influenced by Xinjiang cuisine, so many items that shouldn't be spicy are quite hot. If you can't handle spice, make sure to mention it in advance.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few hundred meters away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are very good, and it is kept very clean. The front desk service is excellent.
