AawnunfplI was very impressed by the hotel I stayed at this time. First of all, the hotel's service staff was extremely enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, every link felt their sincerity and care. The receptionist always smiles and patiently answers my various questions, making me feel at home.
The spacious and cleanliness of the room also made me very satisfied. The layout of the room is reasonable, the space is well used, and there is no sense of crowding. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were fresh, and it could be seen that they were carefully cleaned and disinfected. The sanitary condition in the room is impeccable, every corner is cleaned, and the details are handled very well.
The richness of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There are many varieties, both local specialties and Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and every dish can be seen to be made with care. Especially their freshly ground coffee, rich aroma, mellow taste, added a lot of vitality to my morning.
Overall, this hotel has performed very well in terms of service quality, room environment or catering provision. It is a very pleasant stay experience and highly recommended to everyone.

The driver arrived on time, the car was clean and comfortable, completely saving the taxi fare and waiting time, especially suitable for passengers with morning and evening flights or large luggage!

The breakfast variety is dazzling! The combination of Chinese and Western styles, both freshly ground coffee, bread desserts, hot freshly cooked noodles and local specialties, fresh ingredients, authentic taste, especially ”home like this bowl of noodles” let me eat the taste of my hometown!

Laundry liquid and softener are provided free of charge, the operation is simple, and the room is directly followed by the drama after washing, and the experience is full!

The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, especially the intimate design of the pillow (rebound pillow + high soft pillow), and the quality of sleep was improved in a straight line. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and there are no stains on the gap in the sink. The details of the cleaning team can be seen.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, but unfortunately the guest next door was always on the phone and the soundproofing was not very good, so it affected my rest... Of course, it was not the hotel's problem, but the guest's problem.

NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

DDongfangThis hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened.

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
