ReyleeThe location of this hotel is fantastic if you want to be right in the middle of a lively area with easy access to the Myeongdong Night Market. It is very near to an MRT exit, but bear in mind that this specific exit has no elevator; you will have to use the nearest escalator or staircase, which can be tough with a stroller. Furthermore, because the hotel sits right on a main road, there is no proper pick-up or drop-off area, making arriving and leaving by car quite chaotic. Inside the room, there is no kettle provided to boil water, and the bathroom lacks a separate wet and dry area because the sink tap is connected directly to the shower head, leaving the entire floor wet. We also bumped our heads a few times on the low clearance of the double-decker bed. For laundry, it is not a self-service coin system; instead, a man who said he is the owner handles it for you, takes cash payment directly, and then enters the room to put the clothes back for you. Aside from this laundry drop-off, there was actually no standard room service provided throughout our entire 3 night stay. Beyond the room setup, the overall stay felt quite uncomfortable because it constantly felt like we were being watched, as the man appeared very frequently to check if everything was okay. Considering the high price we paid to stay over the weekend for such a tiny room, it simply wasn't worth it. I would highly recommend choosing a different area where you can get a more decent, proper hotel-level room for your money, especially if you are traveling with small kids.

JimRThe staff was responsive when I emailed them ahead that I'll be checkin in late. My ID card was already prepared in the front desk when I arrived. Loved that the hotel was so conveniently located near Myeongdong Station but still quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and I appreciated the universal outlet. Space was enough for a solo traveler, but I'm not so sure if enough for two people. Breakfast was simple but good to start the day light.

Posted on May 6, 2026|Superior Room (Above&underground Random)
예진여행First off, I need to vent and complain! When I booked, there were options like 'basement room' and 'superior room.' To ensure my child was comfortable, I specifically booked a 'superior room with a window'! To my shock, the 'superior room' was on the basement level, had no window, and was in the farthest corner. I desperately wanted to pay more to switch, but they only had one other room left, and it was even worse. I had no choice but to make do. But the nightmare continued: all night long, there was the constant sound of an elevator, which scared my child to sleep, and I didn't get a wink of sleep myself!
The main issue is that the hotel's advertisement *didn't mention it was in the basement* and specifically highlighted 'with a window.' This false advertising completely misled us. When my child and I booked on Trip.com, we requested a room with a good view, quiet, and not in the farthest corner! This room was in the basement, windowless, had elevator noise, and was in the very last corner—I was terrified!
If there wasn't a suitable room, the hotel could have informed me in advance, but I received no notification or communication. The hotel's ad looked great, but it was truly dreadful!
I wanted to mention some other good points, but I spent a lot of money only to end up in a basement room! I'm so upset!
Oh, and even though the bathroom was large, the shower drain was clogged. The water went above my ankles when I showered, and it still hadn't dried completely by the next morning. It really shows you can't just trust the ads!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. I arrived 2 hours early for check-in, and they kindly let me check in early as the room was already cleaned. When I left, it was raining, and they provided waterproof luggage covers and umbrellas. What truly put me at ease was that there were Chinese staff members, making communication very smooth. She was very patient and warm. I highly recommend this place. The location is also excellent, very close to Myeongdong and the subway station.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy. Although not large, the space was utilized very efficiently. The lighting was good, and all the furnishings were complete. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower water temperature was perfect. A refrigerator was also provided. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and the self check-in/check-out process was convenient. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being in a busy area, my rest was undisturbed. Transportation was easy, as it's close to the subway station. The hotel lounge offered coffee and instant noodles, which you could prepare yourself.

My first impression was that it was very clean, but a bit small! The bathroom had everything you needed. The location couldn't be better! It's just 100 meters in a straight line to the Shinsegae Duty-Free Shop and 450 meters to Lotte Duty-Free Shop! This place is a godsend for international shoppers, saving a lot of travel hassle. We booked late and didn't get a room with a window, which was a bit of a shame! If you care about your living environment, try to get a windowed room, though they are a bit more expensive. The downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. The upside: the breakfast is also very rich! Different kinds of porridge every day! Staple foods include bread, eggs, and cabbage and corn salad! You wash your own dishes. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided! Just bring your own toothbrush cup and slippers!

飘缈旋苑The location is super convenient, great for eating out and getting around. You can even take a walk at night, it's just so handy, everything you need is right there.
However, the room was a bit creepy. I stayed in a family room with a small loft for sleeping, and it felt a little unsettling at night. Also, I couldn't quite understand why the family room had a bathtub placed outside the main bathroom area.

JellybeanYuThis hotel offers a compact, goshiwon-style setup that is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. While the room is very small, it is functional enough to have dedicated floor space to fully open a large checked-in suitcase. The property provides convenient amenities like a toothbrush and single-use toothpaste, along with a wide selection of TV channels for entertainment.
However, guests should be prepared for a few spatial limitations. The bathroom is a traditional ”wet room” layout without a separate shower enclosure, meaning the entire floor gets wet during use. Additionally, the room only stocks small hand towels rather than full-sized bath sheets. Overall, it serves as a highly sanitary, budget-friendly option that feels like a much cleaner modern version of a standard goshiwon

living as 2 friends here for a week was very comfortable. most importantly they have an elevator. the room has an electric kettle, hair dryer, hair straightener, mini refrigerator. they also had several water bottles and cups prepared in the refrigerator. around 4 pieces of towels and 2 bathrobes. two trash cans and two paper towel boxes. makeup desk with a mirror near the bed and another long desk with a computer. not much storage but it was ok for us to keep our stuff in our luggages since we were staying for a short period. the room had a huge TV with connection to the internet, a PC with a keyboard and headphones. the double bed was very comfortable but i wish they had separate blankets. the bathroom was clean and nice, wasn’t too damp like in other places i’ve been to. a toothpaste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were prepared in full size which was very thoughtful of them. they also have mirrors on the inside of the windows. outside the room they had a microwave for shared use. people at the reception were nice and friendly, especially one man that always greeted us with a smile. i’m not sure about the noise cancelling though. sometimes sounds from the hallway would scare us when the staff were cleaning other rooms, but it was still a pleasant stay. a couple bus stops and subway stations were in a comfortable distance from the hotel, there’s a bus that goes right to the Olympic Park from KSPO side. i recommend if you are looking for a place not too far from KSPO (40 min walk or a short bus ride).

Checkin starts at 3, I ended up there at 2:30, asked to wait very sternly, I said ya no worries I will and I sat on the sofa. But the guy who was supposed to check in, he was late and suddenly the women was now polite. The guy eventually came at 3:30. And was apologetic.
Funny how people can be apologetic if its their mistake , but ask them 1 more question hours later they become rude.
He spoke broken English which was hard to grasp as he was going really quickly on the do’s and dont’s but he was irritated at me for that.
Next day I saw him all in smiles and laughter to a westerner. And calmly explaining everything.
Rest, liked the location because its away from Myeongdang main street, so its calm while close enough to walk for stroll.
