"The beach here is fantastic – quiet, not crowded, and the water is crystal clear. It's much better than Nha Trang's beach. The rooms are huge and well-equipped, plus they come with a private pool. There's really no comparison; I'll definitely stay here again next time. However, there are some significant downsides. Even though there's an induction cooker, you can't actually cook, and there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. Dining is a big problem; you're pretty much stuck eating at the hotel restaurant, which is expensive and a bit of a rip-off."

"We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead."

"큰 리조트 안에 몇개만 여기가 운영하는것 같았고, 버기를 불러서 이동이 가능한데 버기를 불러 달라고 하면 내가 말한 시간에 맞춰서 보내주지 않아서 좀 싫었어요(저녁 9시 말했는데 7시에 보내거나 그런식) 그리고 인피니티풀 이용 시 수건 제공하지 않는다고 수건 하나당 돈을 받는데, 당당하게 가서 걍 가지고 가면 아무말 안 하고 그냥 사용하게 해줬음. 튜브, 공 등 공기를 주입하는 기기가 인피니티풀에 비치 되어있는데, 앤이라는 담당자는 그 사실도 모르고 있어서 당황스러웠음. 그외 다 좋았어요, 방 넓고 프라이빗 비치 가깝고, 버기 없이 그냥 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도이고, 세탁기 있어서 편했고, 조식이나 기타 음식은 나쁘지 않았음. 단, 길게 묵을 경우 룸서비스 메뉴가 한정적이고 달라지지 않아서 좀 질릴수 있고, 그럴 때에는 음식 그냥 배달시켜 먹어도 되긴 해서 나쁘지 않아요"

"A wonderful large villa with a beautiful view. The villa comes with basic kitchenware. The beach is gorgeous, and the pool is nice. It's conveniently located near the airport. However, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave."

"Excellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!"
