I was soothed by the staff's smiles and the cat that sits by the entrance at night. It's not really a walkable area, but it's safe if you use Grab. You can really feel the lively Thai way of life here, with vendors selling ice cream and fruit daily, and roosters crowing in the morning and evening. Khao San Road is also nearby. The room walls are thin, so don't expect much soundproofing, but it was clean, odorless, and a comfortable place to stay.

Great views and a very clean room. All the amenities were there. My only small complaint is the lack of parking, but it's not a long walk from the temple. Overall, I was impressed.

Excellent service as always. The front desk staff and housekeepers are always smiling and cheerful. The breakfast is delicious, although it's now a set menu with coffee, tea, and snacks. If you have any issues or need help, just ask. For example, I prefer a higher pillow, and the hotel always prepares one in my room without me even having to ask. I'm impressed every time; I always stay here when I visit.

The place is clean, the bed, the restrooms, and even the lobby. The staff are all friendly one thing I think that's important and must be improve is that inside the capsule it doesn't support fast charging and had to charge at the lobby even though it's protected by cctv I still prefer to charge where it's within my reach despite resting especially I was placed in the capsule on the 3rd floor and leaving my powerbank charge on the lobby kinda puts me iffy. Very good for long term stays. Besides 7/11, near bts very good location. Toilet and bathroom are also very clean. The best is common dining room there is really cozy place. Look like feeling cafe and can sit whole day working or studying. Air conditioner also 24 hr open.

We stayed here for one night just to look around Sukhumvit Road. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. Even though we didn’t expect much, what we experienced was below the minimum standard that a property should meet to operate as a hotel and charge over ฿1,000 for a private room on a weekday. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. You will be welcomed by the intense smell of mothballs, which are commonly used in restaurant toilets. Upstairs, the hallway was filled with the smell of urine. I thought I was staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was sleeping in a toilet. Even worse, we could smell the shower drain throughout the night. Moreover, the bed should be replaced, as the springs were completely worn out and broken. The power socket next to the bed was also not in good condition and did not appear safe to use. You could even see burn marks on it. We didn’t notice it clearly at first, so we plugged in our phone charger, only to find that it wasn’t charging properly. This could potentially damage your device and, more importantly, seems like a safety hazard. Their internal communication was also inefficient. I requested a late check-out until 2 p.m. and agreed to pay an additional ฿300. However, it turned out that the electricity to our room was cut off at 12:00 p.m. There was also no running water (I was actually taking a shower at the time). A clean room, no unpleasant smells, a decent-quality mattress, safety and proper internal communication are basic facilities and services that every hotel, whether cheap or expensive, should provide. It's decent, this is my second stay. The air conditioning is definitely the best part, running 24/7. It's also super convenient, being close to Chulalongkorn Night Market. Aside from some front desk staff having a so-so attitude, there's really not much to complain about.

Good service... Experience was very comfortable.. very clean room ... Toilet are clean... Location perfect... Terminal 21 at just walking distance... very near to bts and mrt station.. Totally Recommended ..in breakfast have coffee and banana..

Fantastic hotel, very clean, shower was excellent. Near everything you need.

The conditions were a bit rough, but the price was incredibly low, only about 20 yuan a day. That pretty much covered my charging and Wi-Fi costs! The internet was very stable and fast. There's air conditioning, not on 24/7, but it's on all night, so you can get a good night's sleep. What more can I say?
