Excellent room with special decorations that you can feel live home. Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us to arrange an airport taxi before leaving. In our room, there is a charming garden in the other side of front door. It is amazing. The only problem is their location, it’s far from the center

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and offered good value for money, and the check‑in process was smooth and straightforward. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Sam Sen Road. The only downside was the noise in the mornings. The doors are quite thin, so sounds from the hallway carry easily: cleaning staff chatting and other guests closing doors made it difficult to sleep in. There’s also no staff on-site after 5 pm, which is worth noting. Despite the noise, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for cleanliness, value, and a good location.

It's clean and there are cute cats to play with. It's literally just a couple of minutes walk to Asiatique (on the same side of the road too). When it came time to check out at 12, there was nobody around to give me my deposit back. Luckily I had lots of time, but if I was rushing to the airport, I could've lost my 500bt. There was building work going on inside the hotel in December 2025 - they started work at 8am. The banging woke me up.

The location is excellent, very close to Rama IX Shopping Mall and the MRT station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner is a woman, and she's very friendly. Privacy and security could be a bit higher; some bathroom doors couldn't be locked from the inside, and some bathrooms didn't have doors at all, but during my stay, there were no instances of people barging in. Overall, the price-performance ratio is okay.

This hotel feels like an old apartment building converted into a hotel. The facilities are dated but it's incredibly clean. The staff are quite well-managed. I think it's very suitable for an overnight stay during a layover. Google Maps makes you take a detour to get to the light rail station, but there's a small gate behind the hotel that leads directly to a shortcut, making transportation relatively convenient.

The people at the front desl are very kind and helpful, even though they don't all speak English, but it's easy to communicate because of how kind they are. The location is perfect is you want to enjoy Khao San road, but it's very easy to get Grab/tuk tuk/bikes if you need a ride somewhere else. The room is small, but good for what you pay and quite clean. However, they don't give you toilet paper and my bathroom was a little uncomfortable: the heater didn't work, the hook for the shower head was broken so I had to hold it, the sink had hair stuck in it and it only works while pushing the botton, you can't keep the water flowing to wash your face. Overall, it's ok for one or 2 nights, but wouldn't stay longer.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of Pratunam, making it super convenient for shopping at Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and CentralWorld. The Standard Room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities needed for a good rest. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Finding food around the area is easy with plenty of local street food stalls and convenience stores nearby. Excellent choice for budget and shopping-oriented travelers!

Came to visit a friend, rented a place nearby. I liked everything. Good location, metro and delicious coffee shops nearby, very friendly greeters, cleaning upon request. There is a mini kitchen and dishes, but without high expectations, the furniture is not new. Price - quality corresponds. If the opportunity arises, I will come back again.

We had a great stay at Ascella Cozy Hotel. I originally booked a room with 3 beds, but later requested an additional bed. The process was incredibly easy, and the staff kindly gave us another room with the extra bed, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Pratunam and within walking distance of CentralWorld and Big C, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, allowing us to rest well after a long day out. There’s also a massage shop right next to the hotel entrance that’s definitely worth trying. We only visited it on our last day, and it turned out to be one of the best massages we had during our trip. Our only regret is not trying it earlier! Overall, the service was great, the location was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

If you overlook the slightly complicated alleyways and the location of this place, the cleanliness and staff service are absolutely excellent. The room is quiet, spacious, and looks exactly as advertised. For anyone seeking peace and quiet, this place is perfect. However, personally, I don't think it's suitable for those without a car.
