Overall, the hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, some basic necessities such as hygiene kits and slippers were not available. The location is slightly tucked away from the main area, but it remains easily accessible by Grab taxi. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and responsive to requests, which were fulfilled promptly. A three-hour extended check-out was also provided for free during our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

This facility goes out of its way to be a comforting stay. The room is very clean, toiletries are provided, slippers, and water and complimentary cake snacks. The only areas I felt were lacking was primarily lighting, and water heat and pressure. There is no bedside lighting, which leaves the guest with a very bright overhead light. Not something I wanted at the end of a day. It was either use this light or you're in the dark. Water barely was hot for me. Perhaps it is better in other rooms. It was not something I felt I needed to complain about however. Other than that I feel like I got good value for the price.

We were a family traveling together, and the self check-in was super convenient. The location is directly across from ICONSIAM, which is incredibly handy. There's a convenience store and massage place right at the alley entrance – everything you need! However, there were a lot of ants on the bathroom counter and also on the coffee machine stand.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and offered good value for money, and the check‑in process was smooth and straightforward. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Sam Sen Road. The only downside was the noise in the mornings. The doors are quite thin, so sounds from the hallway carry easily: cleaning staff chatting and other guests closing doors made it difficult to sleep in. There’s also no staff on-site after 5 pm, which is worth noting. Despite the noise, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for cleanliness, value, and a good location.

The hotel is conveniently located near Asiatique, just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to take a boat to ICONSIAM. Overall, the hotel is great, and the proprietress is very friendly and can communicate in Chinese, which is a big plus. The only minor drawback is that the room has too many ceramic tables and chairs, taking up a lot of space. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

This was my first time staying in a hotel near Bangkok's Chinatown. I spotted this place, which offered great value for money, and booked two nights for a weekend getaway. Upon arrival, I found out there's no physical front desk. You have to scan an official account to check in remotely with the owner, and only then do you receive the access code and room number. It was certainly a novel check-in experience for me! The room itself isn't huge, but it's well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom is shared with other guests on the same floor. However, since there are only a few rooms (just two on my floor), there was never a rush or queue for the bathroom, even during peak times. Since the access is via a keypad lock, there's no risk of losing a key card or needing one for electricity. The only minor drawback is that if you don't take a screenshot, it's easy to forget the code and might take a few tries to remember it.

Close walk from the BTS station. Comfortable, clean, spacious room with a jug, plates, etc. Small but nice balcony to relax in. Many street food stalls and a 7/11 are close by. Breakfast is included, and the range varies each day and is aroi mak mak. I stay there for a few days every 6 months as it is the ideal hotel for me. Motorcycle taxis wait outside in the morning if you need a short, inexpensive trip.

The location is very good, especially for those who want to stay close to Khaosan Road. In terms of cleanliness, the room is generally clean; however, the bathroom could benefit from a much deeper cleaning. While it looks clean at first glance, you can tell it is not as thoroughly cleaned as it should be. The room is small, but it is fair for the price you pay. The staff is very friendly, which is definitely a plus. One thing that could be improved is the lack of basic furniture — it would be helpful to have at least a small table to place your belongings or luggage, as the room only has a bed.

We had a great stay at Ascella Cozy Hotel. I originally booked a room with 3 beds, but later requested an additional bed. The process was incredibly easy, and the staff kindly gave us another room with the extra bed, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Pratunam and within walking distance of CentralWorld and Big C, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, allowing us to rest well after a long day out. There’s also a massage shop right next to the hotel entrance that’s definitely worth trying. We only visited it on our last day, and it turned out to be one of the best massages we had during our trip. Our only regret is not trying it earlier! Overall, the service was great, the location was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was clean, but my only issue was the drinking water. I'd prefer if the hotel switched to bottled water with sealed caps; it's much more convenient for guests. Also, there was a drain smell in the bathroom.
