A cozy spot with amazing views and a fantastic location. My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two days and absolutely loved it! If you're looking for the perfect balance of price and quality in Bangkok, this place is a real gem. What we particularly liked: - Location: This is the main highlight. The hotel is very close to ICONSIAM. We could walk to one of the city's best shopping malls in just a few minutes. Super convenient for shopping and evening strolls. - Atmosphere: The hotel is really cool and cozy. You feel right at home inside, not like you're in some impersonal hotel. Perfect for a short getaway. - Rooftop view: Absolutely delightful! There's a great rooftop terrace where you can sit in the evening. The view is stunning – an excellent spot to take photos or just enjoy a coffee. - Price: For this location and level of comfort, the price is incredibly budget-friendly. - Staff: Kind, friendly, and helpful employees. Bottom line: Clean, cozy, affordable, and extremely convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Only a 10-minute walk to Iconsiam!!!!!!! Maybe five, depending on how fast you walk. From there, you can take a pier boat and reach Chinatown in just one stop!!!!! You can also go further, but the proximity to this amazing mall and pier is just awesome! As for the hotel itself – it's clean, everything works, just great.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and offered good value for money, and the check‑in process was smooth and straightforward. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Sam Sen Road. The only downside was the noise in the mornings. The doors are quite thin, so sounds from the hallway carry easily: cleaning staff chatting and other guests closing doors made it difficult to sleep in. There’s also no staff on-site after 5 pm, which is worth noting. Despite the noise, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for cleanliness, value, and a good location.

It's clean and there are cute cats to play with. It's literally just a couple of minutes walk to Asiatique (on the same side of the road too). When it came time to check out at 12, there was nobody around to give me my deposit back. Luckily I had lots of time, but if I was rushing to the airport, I could've lost my 500bt. There was building work going on inside the hotel in December 2025 - they started work at 8am. The banging woke me up.

This was my first time staying in a hotel near Bangkok's Chinatown. I spotted this place, which offered great value for money, and booked two nights for a weekend getaway. Upon arrival, I found out there's no physical front desk. You have to scan an official account to check in remotely with the owner, and only then do you receive the access code and room number. It was certainly a novel check-in experience for me! The room itself isn't huge, but it's well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom is shared with other guests on the same floor. However, since there are only a few rooms (just two on my floor), there was never a rush or queue for the bathroom, even during peak times. Since the access is via a keypad lock, there's no risk of losing a key card or needing one for electricity. The only minor drawback is that if you don't take a screenshot, it's easy to forget the code and might take a few tries to remember it.

Close walk from the BTS station. Comfortable, clean, spacious room with a jug, plates, etc. Small but nice balcony to relax in. Many street food stalls and a 7/11 are close by. Breakfast is included, and the range varies each day and is aroi mak mak. I stay there for a few days every 6 months as it is the ideal hotel for me. Motorcycle taxis wait outside in the morning if you need a short, inexpensive trip.

The people at the front desl are very kind and helpful, even though they don't all speak English, but it's easy to communicate because of how kind they are. The location is perfect is you want to enjoy Khao San road, but it's very easy to get Grab/tuk tuk/bikes if you need a ride somewhere else. The room is small, but good for what you pay and quite clean. However, they don't give you toilet paper and my bathroom was a little uncomfortable: the heater didn't work, the hook for the shower head was broken so I had to hold it, the sink had hair stuck in it and it only works while pushing the botton, you can't keep the water flowing to wash your face. Overall, it's ok for one or 2 nights, but wouldn't stay longer.

Came to visit a friend, rented a place nearby. I liked everything. Good location, metro and delicious coffee shops nearby, very friendly greeters, cleaning upon request. There is a mini kitchen and dishes, but without high expectations, the furniture is not new. Price - quality corresponds. If the opportunity arises, I will come back again.

We had a great stay at Ascella Cozy Hotel. I originally booked a room with 3 beds, but later requested an additional bed. The process was incredibly easy, and the staff kindly gave us another room with the extra bed, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Pratunam and within walking distance of CentralWorld and Big C, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, allowing us to rest well after a long day out. There’s also a massage shop right next to the hotel entrance that’s definitely worth trying. We only visited it on our last day, and it turned out to be one of the best massages we had during our trip. Our only regret is not trying it earlier! Overall, the service was great, the location was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Accommodation is okay. Well furnished and clean. But too far from the main road and located inside a small street. Public transportation or metro not available nearby. Need to call a taxi or bike for travelling to the main road. 7 eleven is near within 500 metres. Approximately 60 THB for bike and 100 THB for taxi to DMK airport.
