Forgotten Hostel Silom

The place is extremely clean. At the beginning i was worried about possible smells because of the ******* selling, but surprisingly, they have a very strict policy about not smoking or drinking inside the place so the air is quite clean and fresh. The only thing is that you’ll have to climb a lot of (not very comfortable) stairs, so if you’re not in a great shape, that could be a challenge. Other thing is they don’t have big lockers for travel bags. They told me it would be safe to leave mine outside but I wasn’t confident so i just slept with my bag on the already narrow bed. I have something to say about the staff: they were not the most welcoming people but still ok, however, the lady in charge of the rooms had a very unpleasant attitude. She wasn’t rude but her attitude made me feel as an intruder more than as a costumer so i started avoiding spending time in the common areas.

How convenient, it is completely decision to stay this hotel where nears the mall and MRT.

It was a good experience... however, during my last night there was a foreign couple that watched the TV at level 2 quite loud and used both fans (1 of which was supposed to be near the dining table)

I stayed there for 3 nights in the ladies dorm and it was such a amazing stay Everything is neat and clean also the kitchen is well maintained.. I love it 🥰

The location of this hostel is very convenient and easy to access. It is close to public transportation, which made traveling around the city simple and stress-free. Whether arriving from the airport or heading out to explore nearby attractions, getting around was smooth and saved a lot of time.
