Stayed here for a day and stayed very pleased. Hosted clean, rooms neat, bed linen fresh. Especially liked the atmosphere staff friendly, always helped with questions and advice around the city. There is everything necessary in the kitchen, the Internet worked stable. Convenient location: a number of shops, cafes and transport stops. For its price excellent option. If I still go to Almaty, I will likely stay here again.

I liked everything! The hotel is new, so it is doubly pleasant to use everything. Delicious breakfast, served in portions, the location of the hotel is convenient - closer to the mountains and the river, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it!

It is alright. Nothing outstanding or particularly good about this place. They charge 500 tenge for laundry. Staff said that the towel is provided in the toilet (when I went in there was none) and when I enquired where it was he changed and said that I had to pay 500 soooo, don't know what bro is saying but anyways just come prepared. At the time that i was staying, there were some people cooking late into the night but it shouldn't be an issue as it is on the other side. Else, the beds are alright.

Very good, and the breakfast was excellent. If you turn right outside the hotel and walk through the residential area, there's a large park, and right after that is the subway station. There's also a great BBQ place nearby.

The staff is alright. The hostel itself is so-so. There's no air conditioning, or we didn't turn it on, so opening the windows makes noise. There's only one women's restroom, combined with a shower. If you want to use the restroom, you have to endure it. Trip.com charges your Russian card, but when you arrive, they demand cash. And you're not prepared for that, not at all. In the end, the money I spent on accommodation didn't last me the rest of the trip. The money should have been returned to my card, but it still hasn't arrived.

Всем советую этот отель для отдыха во время долгой пересадки! Очень удобное расположение прямо в аэропорту — не нужно никуда ехать и тратить время на дорогу. В отеле есть душ, предоставляют всё необходимое: полотенца, зубную щётку и другие принадлежности. Очень чисто и комфортно. Также можно оставить багаж, что особенно удобно во время пересадки. Отдельно хочется отметить приятный, внимательный и вежливый персонал. Спасибо за комфорт и хороший сервис! 😊

Overall, it was a decent stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well throughout our stay. The only disappointment was that our premium room was advertised with two queen beds but only had one. Also, the room had no windows, which was a bit of a bummer. Other than that, everything was fine.

I liked a hotel that booked on the recommendation of colleagues. It was convenient in terms of location to the workplace. Yes, it was not difficult to get to any place of the city from it. Staff is polite and ready to help. It is clear that I had the simplest room (third floor), but there are still a couple of moments that you need to know who wants to settle there. The bathroom is spacious, but there is no hook or hanger to hang a towel or clothes. The towel dryer is located above the toilet and it is not very convenient to place the towel. It was surprising that no trash was taken from the room. And after 3 days of stay, the cleaning was not done. As explained to me, I had to leave the key and inform the staff that wouldn't mind if cleaning was done in my absence. To be honest, I haven't met with such a rule anywhere. M.B. This is the special rule of this hotel, but no one said about it when the settlement was made. Like my colleagues who settled in other rooms. Since I didn't order food in the room (and there is no special food room in the hotel), I can't appreciate its quality. There is always a possibility to order coffee at the respiratory. In general I can put a solid 4-co.
