"Location: close to Susukino Station, just a few steps away, and not far from Odori Station and Sapporo Station either, so it’s good.
Cleanliness: normal Japan hostel standard. It’s clean even though a lot of people stayed. but you can’t compare it to a normal hotel
staff: nothing special, they just do their job, I guess
facilities: the common area is GOLD✨, has a lot of workspace, is clean, and also has the charger. It’s also well decorate! it’s also have elevator!
Summary: It's a good option, and compared to the price, it's nice. will definitely go back!
Good to know: some rooms have a lot of people, like 30 beds, but are still silent, and the privacy is not bad. The hostel also has a medium side locker inside the personal bed area"

"was a good stay. relatively close to susukino area. I only stayed there for the night and left in the morning but the capsules were spacious, has a light, an area above the capsule to put your things. overall it was good, no complaints for my time spent sleeping."

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is excellent overall, with a superb location just a 4-minute walk from Susukino subway station. All facilities and services are satisfying, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The hotel features separate floors for men and women (including separate elevators and floors), significantly enhancing privacy and safety. The self-check-in system is also very convenient, minimizing unnecessary human contact. ☃️
The hotel provides disposable slippers daily. Although there's no daily room cleaning service, it doesn't affect the overall experience at all. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 7th floor. Guests on this floor are generally very considerate, always tidying up after using public facilities, making the entire floor feel clean and comfortable. The bed in the deluxe room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two people.
The only minor drawback is that you have to continuously press a button to keep the shower running; it doesn't provide continuous water flow once turned on. You need to press it every few tens of seconds, which is a bit inconvenient. 🥹

CChester Wong CHThe hotel's location is great, about a 10-minute walk from Susukino subway station. The front desk is on the 8th floor. There's a strange smell in the elevator and on the 8th floor near the reception, possibly because guests have to take off their shoes, which might contribute to an unpleasant odor. Every night before bed, I enjoyed a hot spring bath, which was absolutely wonderful! Thumbs up!

GGuest UserThe cubicles are tiny but very clean and very nice. Can't be beat for location and price. The staff was helpful and they do not speak enlgish but haveeeeeeelittle translation device. It is amazingly well set up and organized. I was really impressed with all the facilities there.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location in Susukino. It's only about a 3-minute walk to the Nikka Whisky billboard, Cocono Susukino, and the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options right downstairs, which is super convenient.
The hotel lobby is quite stylish with a projector screen, perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing. The overall decor has an industrial and camping-inspired vibe.
The room itself is a bit on the small side, but the bed is incredibly soft. One minor issue is that the room door uses a thin curtain, which doesn't do much for soundproofing, so earplugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom facilities are great, complete with a hairdryer and basic toiletries.
I just wish they had slightly larger room options. The hotel is in the tallest building right next to the Ferris wheel in the photo.
