Felt likd my old boss wings was playing head games somehoe ingluencing othersnegativly towatds my life the took advantage of hotel to put me on display felt very uneasy watched anf a vety blank feeli g of what yhe actual fuk happening at same time felt ve tree u sqfe and secure. Not a bad place if you dont have what i can only logicly asaume to be menyal issues very clean

Customer service here is the best we’ve had in Australia! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room, we were switched rooms with no bother at all - which was such a relief. Really reccomend if you’r staying in cairns ! Thank you!

Got economy room , only one night. Arrived late left early. Room ok, small. Had shower toilet aircon and a bed plus a jug with tea/coffee and milk, what more could you want ? Rained all night so a little noisy drip drip drip outside window.  Stay ok, will get better room next time if it’s raining. Check in/out very easy, booking easy, No problems and price was good.

Bed is comfy, sheets are clean but blankets looks not washed, so we did not use it. Toilet is clean and love the shower. Facility is really old, needs updating.

The reception lady was very unfriendly. She did not explain to me how I could be able to get hot water as no kettle was not provided. They should give guidance to let me figure out what to do with this as it should be available. The hotel should make this little improvement so that customers can enjoy more without much uncertainty!

This hotel is very good. We are a family of three adults and one child. The room is very large, with a double bed (1.5 meters wide) and two single beds, separate bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery and forks. Spoons and toasters are very convenient. The hotel has no breakfast and no extra bed. It is suitable for a family. It can be said to be very good at this price. The hotel also has free parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and a small swimming pool. The hotel is 1.2 kilometers away from the bustling beach area. You can eat and drink when you stroll. The location of the hotel is within the range of free pick-up and drop-off for day trips, which is very convenient.

Because I want to transfer from Cairns to Bamaga, I booked this hotel. I am optimistic that it is relatively close to the airport, about 5 kilometers. The room is quite big, less than 30 square meters, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. The hotel before arrival Through my customer service, I informed the key pick-up code and the code of the hotel door, because the hotel door is locked after 0:00 to 5:30 in the morning, but I have to leave early because of the early flight. The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand. Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses. Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it. The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck! Will not go again.

One of the best accommodation in the area. Helpful and friendly staff.
