They replied that they didn't have another room and that they could change it for me the next day…"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ser Casasandra. The pre communication with the reservation was very reliable, friendly and guest oriented. The food at the restaurant as well as the beach bar is absolutely amazing! The majority of the service team is really nice and attentive. We liked the small and cozy vibe of the hotel and would for sure recommend it anytime. Only housekeeping could be a little better in terms of cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms or outdoor area - absolutely not dirty, but they could be a bit more precise."

"Breakfast was incredible - absolute highlight of the trip! Sat on the beach with the best view for brekkie! A fair way out from town but a beautiful stretch of beach! One of the nicest beach areas we saw and we walked along this section of the island a few times in our holiday there - excellent relaxing music & a good atmosphere with no children. Good & friendly service, nice and clean room, only negative was we struggled to find the entrance and had to wait for staff to check in. If you get rain be aware the roads get fairly waterlogged but you can just about navigate this."

"Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful."
