Very well kept property on a lovely beach. Staff were so great. Roxana and Javi at the beach club were so amazing and attentive and took great care of us. Walking distance to everything but far enough from the beach bar district to be quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

The hotel was outdated, the food was low quality and the streets around the hotel were flooded! It was hard to walk downtown due to the poor conditions of the sand streets.

The manager Augustin provided me the worst service I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Shame as the rest of the staff is quite nice.
In general, hotel is just ok. Definitely not worth the price charged. Beach beds are all in the shadow and pretty close to each other. Breakfast is very basic. Location is convenient.

BEWARE-
The whole town was flooded and not safe to be in the streets. I left in 18!hours
There was two feet of water everywhere and it was impossible to leave the hotel without a deep-water 4x4 vehicle.
The hotel new of the situation in advance, but did not notify me that their building was unusable, and they would not refund my money since the electricity was on at the moment
I’ve disputed all charges with american express
They will receive zero$

The bed sheets had yellow spot stains and there was a lot of dirt/dust under the beds. The towels where also stained but staff was very nice and friendly
