XihuanhuanyoushijiedelvxingdarenThe hotel's location is excellent. There's a Tiffany & Co. downstairs, a park right across the street, and luxury boutiques like Rolex nearby, making it super convenient for shopping.

Guest UserWe were at this hotel in January 2024 and had a very good stay. That was why when we have to visit Boston again, I will book this hotel again. The hotel lobby has artistic installations and refreshments areas, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was of reasonable good size and the common shower areas were well maintained. I love the signages in these areas, witty when reminding hotel guests to keep the environment clean and be environmentally friendly.

The Westin Hotel boasts an excellent location. We booked a river-view room, offering a fantastic panorama of the Charles River and its two bridges, often dotted with sailboats. There are supermarkets of varying sizes right next to the hotel. I also highly recommend visiting the Boston Public Library; you don't need any ID to enter, and you can just grab a book and zone out under a green lamp. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the only hotel on this US trip that actually used a duvet cover instead of just two sheets, which made it much cozier. However, I felt both the pillows and duvet weren't down-filled; they seemed more like synthetic fiber, which felt a bit mismatched for a hotel of this caliber. Everything else was fine. Remember to use your daily $20 credit at the small supermarket next to the front desk on the second floor. Also, Wi-Fi is free because it's tied to a destination fee, so no need to worry about that.

Sergei TonkovAn excellent new hotel.
The rooms are small, but very comfortable! A comfortable large bed right by the window with a city view (at check-in, you can choose a low or high floor and whether or not to have a city view).
Check-in is easy.
The shower and all the plumbing are new, everything is superb.
Modern TV.
The lighting, air conditioning, TV, etc. are controlled from a tablet, which is also very convenient.
There are two types of curtains: blackout and sun protection.
The area is convenient – you can quickly reach Cambridge, and Downtown is a 15-minute walk away.
, the Freedom Trail is also nearby.
The hotel is located in the bus station building, but there are few people around, so it doesn't feel like a neighbor. However, there is a large food court nearby, a huge supermarket with a huge selection of everything, including alcohol and prepared foods. Also across the street is Little Italy, with many delicious restaurants and bars.
Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel.

ZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

Teresa QinThe security guard at the parking lot was really welcoming and friendly. The lady at check-in was also polite and patient. The room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend this for business travelers. Plus, the location is super convenient! 👍

Guest UserThe whole place is old, hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom, not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about valet parking but it was no use, until I got impatient and called again, no one responded. I called for car and luggage service at 11:15, and called again at 11:30, and someone came up to pick up the luggage, and then the luggage service notified me to pick up the car, and I left the hotel at 11:45... I think the Ritz brand is basically finished.

Anonymous UserRight in the heart of Back Bay, super convenient for getting anywhere. There's a huge Star Market supermarket next door, so you can grab any food, drinks, or daily essentials in about 3 minutes. This Marriott is just an average Marriott – nothing special, nothing bad, so don't expect too much. No mini-bar though.

Guest UserAbout a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. When I asked the front desk staff, their solution was to restart the heating myself. However, after restarting, the heater made an incredibly loud noise, so much so that I needed earplugs to sleep.

I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM. I had specifically requested a room with a good view when I made the reservation, but the next morning, when I opened the curtains, all I saw was a wall. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I just made do for a few nights. One morning, there was a loud drilling noise at 9 AM that lasted on and off for about an hour. I contacted the front desk, and they just said they'd check on it, but the noise didn't stop, and I never received any follow-up. The room was also very small. On the positive side, the location is excellent; it's convenient to go anywhere and it's connected to a large shopping mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Overall, it's okay, but the front desk service could use improvement.
