The hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the overall stay was very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the toiletries and coffee bar were also very good. The only minor downside was that there was only one chair in the room, which wasn't very convenient for two people.

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much.

Location: The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of downtown attractions like the Freedom Trail, Tea Party Museum, Quincy Market, City Hall, and Boston Common. Harvard is accessible by subway, and MIT is a walk away on the return trip. Both Boston South Station and North Station (which has a large Star Pharmacy supermarket) and the airport shuttle drop-off point are within walking distance. Chinatown and Macy's are a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Decent. Value for Money: Alright. A good choice if you prioritize saving time and feeling safe. Room Size: The twin room was a suitable size. Soundproofing: Decent. Room Amenities: The beds are high and the mattresses are quite soft. The bathroom has a bathtub (low and small), the showerhead is a bit low, and the water pressure is average. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. No slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. The room has a microwave and a mini-fridge. There's a free ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway. Service: Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out at 12 PM. Early check-in costs an additional $50. Luggage storage is available in advance (free). A $100 per day deposit is required at check-in (held on the bank card, refunded within 2 hours after check-out). Complimentary cookies are given at check-in (very sweet). The hotel lobby bar features a singer in the evening, offering an American bar atmosphere.

A stylish, industrial-themed hotel with a perfect location! It's close to famous breakfast spots and a lobster chain. Two subway stations are practically on its doorstep, and Boston Common is also nearby. Truly close to everything! The room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle, and the shower pressure was quite low. My room key had some vouchers tucked inside, but the front desk didn't offer any information about the hotel's facilities beyond collecting the deposit and handing over the key card – not a single word. However, the cleaning staff and other employees were all very friendly.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel.

One restaurant. Just had some breakfast there. A bit pricey, but it is a Hilton. The gym is 5 star. Not a typical hotel gym. This was a highlight. Rooms are fairly large. 2 bottles of water provided in room. Bathroom was large. And for The price per night I paid via Trip.com , it was a bargain compared to other properties in the area. A short walk to Newbury St., and about a 15-20 walk to Fenway.
