Guest UserThe service of several ladies at the front desk was so-so! And at the beginning, I gave the room that did not match the picture. Later, we found Trip.com and gave the picture! The first night we went there was a power outage. But there was a little brother who was really good. It rained and ran over to help with the umbrella! This hotel is relatively deserted. It takes 20 minutes to walk to McDonald's. You have to take a taxi to get in and out.

Tang0591Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. They even offered a complimentary local clam soup, which was wonderfully warming. On our last day, they provided a free extra bed for my child, which was fantastic. The baggage room staff also gave excellent advice on choosing an Uber for our luggage, making it easy to fit everything into one car. I would definitely come back again! 😄

Guest UserEven though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. In addition, the breakfast was great!!!

The location is superb except there is no drop-off at front. The car can park 30 mins about 2 meter away from the front door. And there are many birds at front making it looks very dirty and non hygenic.
The room is big and nice. All promised amenities and machines are there.
