The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

Guest UserThe service of several ladies at the front desk was so-so! And at the beginning, I gave the room that did not match the picture. Later, we found Trip.com and gave the picture! The first night we went there was a power outage. But there was a little brother who was really good. It rained and ran over to help with the umbrella! This hotel is relatively deserted. It takes 20 minutes to walk to McDonald's. You have to take a taxi to get in and out.

Tang0591Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. They even offered a complimentary local clam soup, which was wonderfully warming. On our last day, they provided a free extra bed for my child, which was fantastic. The baggage room staff also gave excellent advice on choosing an Uber for our luggage, making it easy to fit everything into one car. I would definitely come back again! 😄

Benny the kidGreat location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.
