GGuest UserThe hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

马马小团团Not up to the five-star standard, the bed in the double room is small and the pool is also. Breakfast is very general, and it is not comparable to hotels in Istanbul.
