Super beautiful, the 2-bedroom suite is perfect, the clean and clean waiters are warm, the room and the courtyard pool are very beautiful, you can just watch the sunrise in the morning, and there is free Pilates class. The breakfast is not too delicious, the order system is just these options.

I cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

What a gem of a hotel. Lovely spa attached and Lydia is too wonderful. Fell asleep whilst she did my facial. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you organizing everything you need. Rooms are lovely and big. Good value for money.

Hotel location is very good, not far from the beach, there are many restaurants nearby, the hotel goes out to the road and turn right to have a small supermarket, you can buy yogurt. Behind the hotel is a commercial street, you can go shopping, but the owner is very casual, some close early. The room has a small balcony, not big or small, the only drawback is that the bathroom setting is unreasonable, the shower room is too small, and the paper is not on the side of the toilet.
