Casaly Hotel & Spa

I cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

We have just returned home after a wonderful 7 nights at ‘Casaly’ in a swim-up room. From the moment you arrive the staff treat you like royalty, a welcome cocktail and iced water before a quick tour of the hotel. The small gym and indoor spa are a fantastic addition to work off the incredible food. We had seen previous reviews regarding the quality of the breakfast, however it surpassed my expectations. Fresh coffee made to order, eggs cooked fresh 10 ways, freshly squeezed fruit juices. A vast array of breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cakes, cereals, local honey and a hot buffet selection. Breakfast is led by the impeccable host Dmitri, who will try and make you leave the hotel a stone heavier but all the staff are incredibly attentive, topping up drinks whenever your glass is nearly empty. The reception team are always on hand to offer advice or tips on where to visit or eat and a leaving gift when checking out was a sweet touch. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is without doubt one of the finest boutique hotels we have stayed in and a great base for seeing turtles in their natural environment a short walk up the promenade

We had the best time ever at the Casaly Hotel. We cannot possibly do the excellence of this establishment justice in a single review. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left everything was superb. The reception staff (special mention for Martine, Katerina and Erica 🤗) are so helpful with advice on where to go. We had a car for the duration of our stay and they took so much time to explain where things were on the map and the best places to eat. The WhatsApp service is brilliant, I'd highly recommend you use this if you go. We were Bed & Breakfast. The service provided by Irene and Dimitri at breakfast is simply superb, they are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed chatting with them every morning. For our day trips we were given clean towels to take and loaned a beach umbrella. My wife had a massage at the spa and said it was amazing, the therapist was so good. The location of the hotel is very good. Right on the front at Argostolli so close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. There's specific parking right next to the hotel for guests and the porters are really helpful in assisting you to ensure you part safely. When we come to Kefalonia again (and we definitely will be!!) we will stay at The Casaly for certain - it is just outstanding!!! Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making out stay so memorable ♥️

If you are thinking of visiting Kefalonia and staying in Argostoli, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as it just cannot be faulted. Rated as 5 star, it didn't live up to expectations, it exceeded them in every aspect. Location, room, spa, dining and housekeeping were on point throughout our 10 night stay. What really did make this a stand out holiday were the hotel staff across the whole spectrum, but with a special and deserved mention to the ladies at reception who exemplified the meaning of customer service, delivered with a lovely Kefalonian smile. Wonderful hotel and amazing attentive staff. Perfect location for a relaxing well needed recharge. Everything you could possibly need was in our immaculate room. Expensive but well worth the money. Breakfast fit for a king (and Queen😉). Restaurant on our last night fantastic. Shout out to ALL staff, thank you....especially Dimitri....treat us both with such kindness. ❤️ We will be back.

Amazing and really is 5 star. From arriving to leaving you are treated as special guests. Breakfast is lovely and you can even order it for the room. Every member of staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Some rooms are quite small but you have everything you could possible need. Including Bulgari wash products. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The spa was a soecial treat and as its only for guests was very quiet and enjoyable. The balcony was lovely to relax on the big comfy chairs. Looking forward to another visit.

As a travel agent I’ve been so fortunate to stay in lots of hotels, never have I felt so spoiled. The staff are exceptional, the hotel its self is in an excellent location, pristine. We booked on the bed & breakfast option, you’ll not be disappointed, buffet options and also the choice from a breakfast menu. I have a rule that although I always enjoy my holidays, I never go back to the same place. This hotel as broken my rule. Will most decently return, and recommend to all my customers. Casaly thank you so much for looking after us.

Terrible meal in Restaurant! The menu was interesting, the main waiter was very creepy keep looking at us and getting right up close to me ! Very strange atmosphere! Hes friends kept coming in and chatting to him which was very unprofessional and rude while your trying to dine ! The staters came and were nice the main the quickly arrive but was luke warm ! By this time the younger waiter appeared with very dirty aprons which wasn’t very pleasant ! We asked for the dessert menu but was told everything had run out which we couldn’t believe ?? We asked for the bill and left and went elsewhere for dessert! The whole evening was a shambles !

Top notch new 5-star hotel & spa. Central location- waterfront and downtown. Service was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for a memorable holiday vacation.
