GGuest UserThis was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

GGuhuijiwanjiaThe first-line sea view and private beach view are invincible, and free parking is also a bonus. I lived in a double-examination sea view room. The living room and balcony on the second floor can only see the scenery, but the air conditioning effect is too poor, and the upstairs is too hot. The temperature on the island in July and August is very high. All items in the hotel are charged, including water, and there is no free bottle.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is definitely very good and a plus point.
We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely.
The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said ”we didn't know” and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel.
I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall.

LLéo WThis hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

AAmyThe room was spacious and the hotel was super clean and extremely comfortable. Everything felt brand new and the service was really 5 star. We were happily surprised to learn that the indoor swimming pool is actually just a giant jacuzzi. We spent an hour there on our last night which was super nice. The bed is really comfortable and the place is quiet. There is a valet service for parking your car and we got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival. Thanks again for the free bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a VIP welcome gift. We really enjoyed and will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Chania again one day.

The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

GGuodaxiazhijianThe hotel deserves its four-star rating. The lobby and the restaurant on the second floor are both beautiful and elegantly decorated. The room was also nice. 22 square meters is basically consistent. The beds and quilts are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, and the service is excellent. Black tea comes with a tea bowl and boiling water per person, and a set of cups. Tea is served to everyone, and coffee is also served to the table. The dining table is made of two layers of tablecloth, bleached and ironed to a crisp. This kind of service should be reserved for five-star hotels, but Cocaton Hotel can also provide you with this service, which is amazing. Luggage storage after early arrival and check-out was also attentive. The front desk service is very attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently answers questions. The location is very good, facing the gate of an ancient building in Chania. (The building is being re-roofed and may become a tourist product center.) It is only 2 to 300 meters away from the old town, which is very convenient. Stayed for two days, value for money.
The only thing worthy of improvement is that the tissue paper is placed under the washbasin and cannot be found without looking carefully. It is recommended to simply place it on the table in the room. See Figure 11.

GGuest UserBeautiful newly renovated hotel with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The new team is doing an amazing job, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and all the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mara, who was especially helpful and made our experience even better. We would definitely come back!
