Rooms were modern, cozy and well furnished. Basic amenities & toiletries were provided too. The hotel has an elevator and gym, which is great. Check-in was really smooth and staff were friendly. The hotel is well located, it is near the shopping area and Schlossplatz. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe around as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall Experience: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Veeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style. Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P

The location of this hotel is fantastic—super convenient! The front desk staff were great; they were really helpful with all my questions and requests. I genuinely enjoyed my time here, and I like this place a lot. The only minor thing was that the room felt a little humid (maybe because of the weather), but that wasn't a huge deal.

We arrived at the hotel very late, but the self-check-in machine downstairs was broken, and we couldn't get through on the phone. When we did get through, the customer service representative didn't speak English. A kind German guy in the lobby helped us contact customer service. This was our first day in Germany, and we were so grateful. It completely changed our impression of Germany. The next day, when we checked out, the front desk learned about our experience the day before and gave us lots of drinks and snacks. It was a really great hotel.

After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

Great location right by the train station, offering good value for money. It's a bit older, but still clean and hygienic, so no issues there. Perfect for business travelers. I even saw Lufthansa crew staying here.

Amazing hotel. I have an memorable experience in Stuttgart. The hotel offers a King size bed which it’s comfortable. There is a little concern is the location, there is a large construction between the main station and the hotel. We might need to carry our luggage on some stairs and cross the bridge. If the luggage is large enough, not that comfortable to go to the hotel. Overall, it is excellent hotel in Stuttgart

The breakfast is pretty good, the staff is very polite, the location is very good, there is a big shopping mall next to it, it is convenient and fast to buy things, and it is not far from the city center. I recommend staying here

The location is ideal for visiting a musical. The hotel can be recommended for this reason.
