"The room was newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and very clean. The amenities were also very good, including tea, coffee, water, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I had booked a room with a balcony for an extra charge, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. The hotel has not responded to my inquiry to date. My question about the availability of an iron also went unanswered. Since there is neither a reception nor security staff to assist in case of problems, the lack of communication is a real drawback. The location is right in the city center. The first night was very quiet, but on the second night, guests smoked and talked loudly in the courtyard until 2:00 a.m., which could be heard up to the 7th floor."

IIbbekEverything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend.

The hotel parking lot is under maintenance, the car can park the opposite hotel, there is no prompt, we have been looking for a long time, this is a bit unpleasant. The check-in process at the front desk is very cumbersome, and it is a bit uncomfortable to fill in a bunch of things.

City center easily reachable (3 lines (U5, U6, U12). Comfortable bedding, nice room. Good Wi-Fi. Good value for money. Very decent breakfast. Several restaurants nearby. Please note that the reception is not open 24 hours a day, but a key box allows arrival outside opening hours.
