"I booked a business single room (i.e., a double room) through Ctrip, but the hotel said they only had standard rooms available because I arrived late. They offered to change me to a hotel 24 kilometers away for free, but I would have to get there myself. They also offered to compensate me with breakfast, which they refused. However, the receptionist was very nice. I don't know if it's a problem with Ctrip or the hotel."

GGuest UserThe hotel is on U6 and several S-bahn train station nearby, which makes it convenient traveling into Stuttgart city center. The hotel is AC-cooled, which is significantly for travelers during mid August In Germany as many hotels are not equipped with AC and room can be unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The hotel room is spacious and well designed. Lobby area is lively with a bar and social spaces. Overall, I enjoy the stay here and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.

Ddav781The drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

GGuest UserIt seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.
If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either.
The shower had mold stains.
Too bad, I expected more comfort.

CCN_NanaThe room was in a good location, we went to a club nearby and walked home afterwards. Easy Check In and Out. Room had everything one needed. But the bathroom could use some renovating and the shower was not closing properly since one of the doors was damaged. It almost fell off when I entered it.
Otherwise we were content with the stay. Comfortable mattress and good coffee.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated on a main street and provides underground parking for 20 Euros per day. The room was small but very comfortable, equipped with a desk. Its location is far from both the Mercedes-Benz and Porsche Museums, as well as the city center. It's inconvenient to find places for shopping and dining nearby.
