EEnes Malik YaziciOur experience at the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was simply outstanding and will be remembered for a long time! As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by extremely warm and attentive staff who always ensured our well-being throughout our stay.
Our room at the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully decorated and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we slept on clouds every night. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a real feast for the palate. The variety of fresh dishes, from regional delicacies to international delicacies, left nothing to be desired. The coffee was flavorful and the staff made sure our cups never ran empty.
The hotel's amenities, including the spacious wellness area and the well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day full of activities we were able to relax and refresh ourselves perfectly.
The location of the Mercure Hotel is ideal, with many sights and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. We are already planning our next visit to the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart because our stay was simply perfect and we felt at home there. We can't wait to come back and experience more unforgettable moments!

GGuest UserTake the U9 from Stuttgart Train Station, and you will arrive at the hotel in three stops. It is 100 meters away from the hotel entrance. It is small, but clean and tidy. It is very convenient to travel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace Square. It is very good! The price is cheap! You still have to use Ctrip, never Airbnb. The money is deducted and the quality is not guaranteed. I originally booked 12 nights on it and stayed for one night, but I ran away. The landlord had a bad attitude and the money has not been refunded yet! I used booking again this time. Compared with Airbnb, Ctrip is the most reliable

Access from the central station was somewhat inconvenient, as it was necessary to climb a footbridge to cross a large road, and the lobby was on the ground. Also, although I paid through Trip.com, I was forced to pay an additional one-night deposit (149 euros) on the day, and although it is pending, it will take a month for the refund to be made... DDaMedUnfortunately, everything has gone so far with us. It went on when checking, the breakfast booked was not with the system and therefore not available to us. This was the way we had a check-in at the arrival, because the staff were completely out of the room. Fortunately, our provider has resolved the problem very quickly, so we have to pay for money but get it refunded. This delay left us no time to watch the room, as the key chip was not programed and we therefore lost time again. We moved shortly and went up to the booked, external event. When returned it was so ugly. The toilet was completely sprayed at the toilet edge with dry urine, this was also seen on the outer side of the coat. However, since the porter had already referred to the breakfast booking to the morning at night, we couldn't do anything at about 23.30. Then then we presented the photos made at the reception next morning. Here we were first informed that we must report this directly at arrival, but after the explanation of the departure the Lord took our photos and will clarify it with the head of the cleaning company. We were allowed to take a drink from the refrigerator as an excuse for everyone's exit, that was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, this is too many errors for us at once, especially since another couple of problems with the booked breakfast, as well as a couple of problems with the room and all that all alone in the time we advertise in the morning, as well as the checkout. Concluded: The hotel is no longer in question for us

GGuest UserIt seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.
If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either.
The shower had mold stains.
Too bad, I expected more comfort.
