The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.

EEnes MalikOur experience at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was just excellent and will remain in mind for a long time! We were received by a very hearty and careful staff who always provided our well-being during our stay.
Our room at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully furnished and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we sleep every night as on clouds. The cleanliness and care of the room were innocent, making our stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a true party for the gaume. The variety of fresh foods, from regional delicacies to international tastes, did not open any wishes. The coffee was aromatic and the staff made sure that our cups never remained empty.
The comforts of the hotel, including the generous wellness area and well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day of activities we were able to relax and refresh perfectly there.
The Mercure Hotel is ideally located with many attractions and shopping facilities nearby. We already plan our next visit to Mercure Hotel Stuttgart, because our stay was just perfect and we felt like at home there. We can hardly expect to come back and experience other unforgettable moments!

11381506****This is a motel; we stayed there for one night as a stopover. The guys at the front desk were all very friendly. Breakfast is at the McDonald's next door; it opens at 8 am. The environment wasn't great on Friday, but it was fine once you got back to your room early. The room was small, but the price reflects that. There were no screens, so there were flying insects. There was no air conditioning, just a fan.

DDaMedUnfortunately, everything has gone so far with us. It went on when checking, the breakfast booked was not with the system and therefore not available to us. This was the way we had a check-in at the arrival, because the staff were completely out of the room. Fortunately, our provider has resolved the problem very quickly, so we have to pay for money but get it refunded. This delay left us no time to watch the room, as the key chip was not programed and we therefore lost time again. We moved shortly and went up to the booked, external event. When returned it was so ugly. The toilet was completely sprayed at the toilet edge with dry urine, this was also seen on the outer side of the coat. However, since the porter had already referred to the breakfast booking to the morning at night, we couldn't do anything at about 23.30. Then then we presented the photos made at the reception next morning. Here we were first informed that we must report this directly at arrival, but after the explanation of the departure the Lord took our photos and will clarify it with the head of the cleaning company. We were allowed to take a drink from the refrigerator as an excuse for everyone's exit, that was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, this is too many errors for us at once, especially since another couple of problems with the booked breakfast, as well as a couple of problems with the room and all that all alone in the time we advertise in the morning, as well as the checkout. Concluded: The hotel is no longer in question for us

CCN_NanaThe room was in a good location, we went to a club nearby and walked home afterwards. Easy Check In and Out. Room had everything one needed. But the bathroom could use some renovating and the shower was not closing properly since one of the doors was damaged. It almost fell off when I entered it.
Otherwise we were content with the stay. Comfortable mattress and good coffee.

GGuest UserExcellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean ”for the most part”. With that said: now the ”MAIN” part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)
