All must be scored five points. It is the most intimate homestay I have ever stayed in in recent years. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the design is very Zen. There is a tea room in the lobby. Every day, I will be invited to drink a cup of tea or coffee made by the boss. The young lady who was connected at the front desk was also super good. She helped us upgrade the best room. The young lady also raised a super cute puppy. Every morning, when she had breakfast, the puppy would show her eager eyes on the sweet potatoes. It was too cute! I will choose to stay in Wuyishan if I have the opportunity to come to Wuyishan in the future! PS: I can't get a taxi on the return trip. The boss offered to send us to the place to eat without saying anything. I can't finish the example. I recommend it.

Great location! It's right opposite the Impression Dahongpao show, close to bus stops and Sangu Street. The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. I bought some lotus seeds and tea from the courtyard shop, looking forward to trying them when I get back.

The front desk and concierge staff were professional and attentive. The cultural activities were plentiful; when we were tired from hiking, we'd return to the hotel to relax. We'll definitely come back for another family trip. At breakfast, someone escorted us to our table and asked if we wanted tea or coffee, a service many hotels in China no longer offer. The training and execution here were excellent. You can take a walk along the stream from the hotel's back entrance, and Wuyi Palace is even walkable, just about a kilometer further. The location is excellent.

This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Wuyishan! First and foremost, the service exceeded all expectations. A day before arrival, a concierge contacted me to discuss my itinerary and room preferences. Upon checking in, everything was already arranged, and they even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The concierge greeted us every time we came and went and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. Any small request was met with an immediate response, which was excellent. During breakfast, I noticed someone smoking indoors, and a staff member promptly addressed it, which was great. The hotel's environment and facilities are all excellent, making it perfect for family trips. The swimming pool is beautiful; even though it's outdoors, it looks very clean, and you can see Dawang Peak from there. There's also a public area to dry clothes, which is incredibly convenient for families with children. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuyishan.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

First off, this guesthouse is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed – not in a trendy, 'influencer' way, but with a genuine, immersive feel. The room was also very clean and fully equipped. The host contacted me on WeChat beforehand and even included a complimentary pick-up from the station. The restaurant food was pretty good, especially the variety of drinks and desserts. Breakfast was a definite highlight; the freshly made noodles were delicious, and there was a great selection of fruits and beverages. It's definitely above average. A funny anecdote: I mentioned I was a bit disappointed there were no cocktails, and the staff member, with great enthusiasm, added baijiu (Chinese liquor) to my non-alcoholic mojito! Genuinely pure and kind, haha, even though it should've been rum. There are two points I wasn't entirely satisfied with. 1. The rock tea tasting experience: The tea master's sales pitch was a bit too pushy, which made me slightly uncomfortable. Of course, the tea room itself was beautiful, and they didn't pester me much after I showed no interest in buying tea. 2. The welcome refreshments were missing. However, they provided complimentary fruit with every meal at the restaurant, and the breakfast fruit selection was excellent, so I didn't bother mentioning the missed welcome snack to the front desk. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time. I hope they continue to improve, especially with how competitive guesthouses are in Wuyishan; even a small oversight can influence a traveler's choice.

Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! They even upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was really spacious, and the bed was huge. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's amenities. There are supermarkets and snack stalls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around with little ones. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and definitely our top choice for family travel!

This was my first time visiting Wuyi Mountains, and I stayed at the Wuyishan Shuizhuang Holiday Hotel for two nights. Miss Cao at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, making our family stay very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The bathroom facilities were complete; it would have been absolutely perfect if the shower pressure was a bit stronger. Overall, the stay was fantastic!

Choosing this hotel in Wuyishan was absolutely the right decision! We were traveling with elderly family members, and the front desk staff proactively helped us plan our sightseeing routes in the scenic area. They also recommended some authentic local restaurants tucked away in the alleys, which we thoroughly enjoyed and found to be delicious. Our room was spotless every day, and yesterday when I requested extra hangers, they were delivered within minutes of my call. My mom especially loved the Wuyi Rock Tea eggs at breakfast. We had such a comfortable stay that we extended it for another two nights. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The hotel was recommended by a friend and was very good. I especially loved the courtyard in the garden, particularly the pavilion where friends could enjoy tea and chat – it was wonderful. The parking lot with charging stations was very convenient. The hotel service was excellent, and I'll definitely choose Bai Xiang again in the future.
