最基本的床上用品一客一換都做不到，床單都不換打電話到前台，前台讓一個大叔送來的床單，説服務員已經下班了讓我自己換一下，最後床單是我自己換的，上一住客水果的床單不換這是無法容忍的，電視機遙控用不了，打電話前台，過了十幾分鍾開了兩個服務員敲門，我開門服務員開口就問什麼情況呀？那種質問的語氣聽着讓人就不舒服。本來我很少寫評價的不換床真的受不了。圖一圖二是沒有換的床單掀開被子就是這樣，圖三 圖四是我自己換過了床單的。
