My overall overseas stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. You can walk to several popular attractions, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily shopping and dining hassle-free. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, communicating patiently and meticulously. They were always helpful in answering questions and resolving issues promptly. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, with stable hot water and a complete set of toiletries. The room had good natural light and ventilation, basic appliances worked well, and the internet speed was stable, so work, travel, or streaming videos were not affected. The hotel's public areas were clean and elegantly maintained, the environment was quiet, and the sound insulation was good, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties and simple meals, and the taste was very good. Housekeeping services were thorough, with detailed daily cleaning. Overall, the service was professional and attentive, with great attention to detail, and excellent value for money. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business stays, adding a lot of positivity to this trip abroad. I will prioritize this hotel again if I return to the area, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting here.

Location: 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, about 10 minutes walk from the Palais des Nations. The nearby streets are relatively clean, and although it is on the street, it is generally quiet. Facilities: The hotel as a whole looks old-fashioned, and the room door key is also traditional, and you have to manually lock the door when entering and exiting. The internal facilities of the room should be relatively new and renovated, and the washbasin is a bit small. The windows can be opened for ventilation. There is no kettle in the room, and the mini bar needs to be paid for separately. Breakfast service: The breakfast is relatively simple, with freshly ground coffee. The staff is also quite enthusiastic.

As a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights in June, during an unusually hot spell. The room had air conditioning, and it worked well if you tilted the bathroom door towards the room. Not having a fridge in the room was a bit of a hassle, but I could get free ice from the front desk. The location was super convenient, almost directly connected to Geneva Central Station. My room unfortunately faced the recycling collection point, so the view wasn't great, but it was kept clean so it didn't bother me too much. The breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor seems to only be open for breakfast and offers only a continental spread. I was a little disappointed that there were no vegetables.

I've been in Europe for half a month, and this is truly the best hotel experience I've had so far. Yesterday, when I was changing hotels, I arrived a bit early, around 11 AM, and they had a room available and let me check in early. That night, I got a fever due to my personal constitution. The next day, the hotel agreed to a 2-hour late check-out. After checking out, I was resting in the lobby, and an auntie who was cleaning saw I wasn't feeling well. She pushed two sofas together so I could lie down and rest, and I slowly started to feel better. Being sick and uncomfortable abroad is truly a fear.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

As the name East West suggests, there were a lot of decorations and interiors that seemed to be a mixture of Asian cultures, so it felt a bit familiar. The room was neither big nor small, but it had everything I needed, and it wasn't too great, but I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable using it. It was really close to Lake Leman, so it was a short walk, and I was satisfied with the location. The front desk staff were really kind, greeted me well, and everyone greeted me with a smile, which was nice.

The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old as expected. The breakfast was offered by semi buffet, a variety of food selections, quality of food was nice.
